Shoutout to our local community heroes! We enjoyed the TLC given at this venue. The staff is so friendly and professional. We had just moved to the area and had lunch at the Thai restaurant in the same plaza. We walked back to our vehicle and noticed that we parked right in front of the Point Massage! My husband and I were both standing there waiting for each other to say "Let's do it!" We were both able to get in and get foot massages after a long trip from Maryland! We opted for foot massages because the other massages had a longer wait time because the other tech had a few scheduled appointments. The staff is so welcoming and highly skilled. We could feel every bit of the massage session melt away layers of ache and fatigue. I look forward to trying some of their other sessions, especially deep tissue or combo. She literally hit every spot that was hurting, PLUS SOME! I feel like a new person! She walked on my back (that was new and cool), she gave me a deep massage then hit me up with hot stones. They will harass you if you do not leave at least a 30% tip. I feel that this is highly inappropriate. Yes they worked hard and had a good massage but charge more and pay the employee more if you feel that the price is not enough. You list a price and that is all that the customer should be mandated to pay. Of course we will still tip but that is not up to you to decide how much.. I had provided a reasonable tip and felt that I could not walk out the door unless I paid more of a tip to make it 30%. To me, this is not acceptable. I will most likely not be back. The fact that their rates are $20 more if you pay with credit card vs cash also feels dodgy. read more

My friend and I have been breaking our backs at work, and thought that this would finally be the day where we treat ourselves to something nice. Given most places take appointments or are fully booked, we were fortunately able to walk in for 3:30 PM. Going in, the Point had a soothing atmosphere (w/ birds chirping In the serene background), and we settled on the 1 hour body massage. Going into my review, our massage session was pretty good! For starters, unlike some places that deduct 10 minutes for undressing beforehand, the masseuse (Riley in our case) immediately goes into work. Also, throughout the massage, we felt that they did indeed cover the full extent of the body from back, shoulders, neck, arms, legs, chest, and even forehead! However, the back portion we agreed was a little underwhelming, and we'd suggest asking for deep tissue since I think what we received was the sweedish version lol. Despite this, hot stones are actually included in the session for FREE, as most places charge additionally for this. And moreover, the staff working here were super friendly! Overall, we were glad that we had the opportunity to unwind, and might be open to trying some of the other services that the Point offers in the future - 4/5. read more

One of the best massages I've ever had. They worked out all the knots and stress in my body. Plus the prices are outrageously economical. $100 for 90 mins. Plus it comes with free hot stones, medicine oil, and back walking. Most businesses charge extra for hot stones and back walking. The location is clean and everyone was professional. The 60 minute couple massage is $140. The 60 minute massage was $70. They are open 7 days a week, so it's easy to get an appointment. I will be back again. read more

My boyfriend and I had come in for a back and foot massage combo. Massage was good however it was not what I had asked for when I came in the door. I wanted a 30 min back and a 60 min foot and she said that would be "no problem". My massage was a torturing 60+ min back massage and almost no time on my feet. I get regular back massages and this one was not my favorite. I have been going here for a little over a year for the foot massage and those have been great which is why I wanted to just try the back. The last 2 times I have been I didn't get what I asked for. After this past weekend I will never go back and neither will any of the other people I have come there with. 2 things which took away from the experience. 1. I didn't get the massage I had asked for and for me that is a big part of customer service, listening to what people want. I feel there they just let you talk and do what they want. 2. They force us to pay 30% tip before they would let us leave. Holding the book up and pointing out the paper with 30% tip and telling my boyfriend "you must pay me, we did a good job". I tip based on the service I get and I though 20% was more than sufficient for the massage. I would have been happy to pay 20%, but their attitude changes and literally make you pay 30% which is outrageous. Massage was okay, but it kinda undoes all the relaxation when you are harassed about a tip at the end. There is a sign at the desk stating 30% minimum tip is expected, and they will make sure to point this out and harass you for more $$ if you dare to tip less. My fiancé also came here before I did, and I will say he did not have the same experience, and he tipped his masseuse the same amount I did. So maybe it was just the particular masseuse I had who is so comfortable doing this; but in any event, neither of us will be back. If more money is expected, raise your prices. I have been suffering from severe plantar fasciitis for four months after playing pickle ball in not so supports tennis shoes. Went to an orthopedist, who put me in a boot, which was the absolute wrong thing to do as I found after my own research and realized that I needed to stretch the calve muscles and the foot. Needless to say, my plantar fasciitis started feeling better but I needed reflexology and deep tissue massage because the heel pain caused me to walk awkwardly, causing the left side of my neck, shoulders and hip to become "jacked up". The therapist did an excellent job. I will admit there was pain (and there always is with deep tissue message) but I felt so much relief after she started "releasing the tension knots". I felt the same relief after the reflexology massage on my feet and especially the one with planter fasciitis. I highly recommend this massage studio for deep tissue. read more

We have been going here for a few months every other week. We came for a massage on Friday on our way to Orlando for a couple of days. We usually get Eric and Lilly. Lilly was not there this evening so my husband got Olivia. Both Eric and Lilly left the room a few times to answer phone calls and take care of walk in customers. When we went to pay Olivia demanded a 30 percent tip which we usually give but she was no where as good as Lilly and her attitude sucked. We left her 20 percent. We will not go back if she is there . She on her giving bad service then demanding 30 percent. She's lucky she got 20. My last review was 5 stars . This was awful. read more

Did I pack the tablet for my 4 year old - check! I had the most amazing massage, while my son sat in the room with his tablet.
