One of the best ever massage places. Coco did my massage and she was very delicate and careful. Of course she had asked how I wanted my massage and her technique was perfect. The owner was also very sweet and helpful. Inside the facility was very clean and calming. The decor was beautiful and the place was just wonderful. The great thing is they open late! They have foot massage, Swedish, shiatsu, hot stone, 4 hands, combination, pain relief, walk on back, table shower, body scrub, and a couples massage. The pricing varies but it's pretty decent compared to other places. You should be open about how you want your massage by telling them what areas hurt and how much pressure you would like. So far so good on my experience. A great place to unwind until 10:30 pm :) also Monday through Sunday 9:30 am until 10:30 pm everyday! read more

Best massage of my life! Got the hour full body massage with hot stone, aromatherapy, back walking and shiatsu for $100 (a steal).

Poor very robotic massage, women I only saw 1 and she looked like a guy not really a friendly feel

I was in jacksonville for the players. Wanted a quick massage. They had an early opening in the morning so i booked a 60 minute massage. The location was clean. I was greeted by a very pleasant lady and led to my massage room. The massage therapist i got was amazing!! She worked through all my tension areas and even gave me tips on how fix them with posture. It was so good at the 40 minute mark i requested to extend the massage to 90 minutes. I felt amazing after and it was incredible pricing. This place is a hidden gem. read more

Awesome service, beautiful women and very friendly. I will definitely be back again. Definitely deserves a visit

My husband and I are vacationing in Jacksonville and since this place had good reviews and said they accept walk-ins, we decided to call and see if they could fit us in. We were lucky and they gladly accommodated us - no waiting when we arrived. The massages were good - not the best I've had but definitely a good experience. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is they didn't have bolsters to support my ankles/knees, so I had some discomfort by the end of my 90-minute massage. She did, however, fix the stress migraine I've been fighting for the last couple of days, so definitely worth the trip! The therapist was very friendly and attentive. read more

Decided to the this place after seeing good reviews on Yelp. First walking in they were welcoming. We told them what we wanted which they were like sure. When the hr was up, we were like what the heck was that?! Probably the worst massage we've gotten. They didn't even give the full time amount. Oh and the lady wasn't happy with the tip we gave and she added extra herself which I didn't want argue at that point and just signed and left. read more

Eve gave by far one of the best massages I have ever had. I asked for deep tissue and she delivered. I do very intense workouts and she stretched my body in places I didn't know it could stretch! She put a great amount of effort into my massage and she has alliviated so much pain in just one session! I will definitely be coming back as a regular! read more

Called and made an appointment on pretty short notice and close to closing time. The lady was very accommodating and welcoming when I arrived. The place was clean and neat and she paid close attention to my problem areas. I asked for firm pressure and she really delivered! My shoulder was killing me all day and after an hour session the pain was gone. Highly recommend! read more

If you're visiting town and need a relaxing massage. THIS IS THE PLACE! Me and my husband are from SC, we are visiting for our 2 year anniversary. We decided to find a place to get a couples massage. I am 100% happy that we chose Four Seasons! They are so nice, the massage was phenomenal and the table shower was just the cherry on top! If we ever come back through we will be visiting this massage place again! Also, they gave us both a body scrub for free as a gift for our anniversary! Such lovely, and nice people! 100% recommend! read more

I have had many massages in my lifetime. Amy gave me the best massage (by far) I've had in at least 10 years! I told her the areas my back was hurting & I felt like a completely different person when I left. That was yesterday! Today, I don't feel any pain at all. Definitely 5 stars & I will for sure be a regular there! Thank you SO much Amy!!!! -Mandy read more

This was a horrible experience trying to get there for my appt tiime..I had then on the phone as well as my GPS...they directed me to a place that had no name on the building...I kept asking them what I's the name on the building..they kept saying four seasons..so I figured it out myself..i went into this place figuring it out on my own that the building must be the building for four seasons...went inside and they told me I was late..I told them thar it's very misdecieving because there's no name on the bldg and had to figure out myself by going inside...when they knew they had me on the phone trying to tell me where they were...and them knowing there was no name on building..just a horrible experience because they wouldn't even take me in after they knew I was on the phone with them..not professional at all and they could care less...this should have been on the news... read more

Such a great massage! I highly recommend this place! I had the hot stone massage. I felt extremely relaxed and comfortable!

I asked for a deep tissue, got the opposite then argued with me about what deep tissue is, then said I'm no good, so I gave her zero for tip then she lost it. read more

I was really disappointed. I was not a fan of my massage. I would honestly be very surprised if the woman was licensed. It didn't feel like any massage I've ever had before. She asked me to pay beforehand and if I wanted to give a tip. So I did so however if I knew how the massage was going to go I wouldn't have left much of a tip at all. She also left the room for 5 minutes to talk to customers that walked in. If your going to charge $70 for a hour massage I would think they can afford a receptionist. Won't be coming bac read more

Glad they were open late and could take a last minute appointment; the dry towel back massage was awkward, would only return for back ache emergency read more

This spa is absolutly a 5 star spa. The massage is the best I've had. I've been a customer for several years. The therapist are highly trained. They make you feel fantastic after they walk on your back. The massage will make anyone who wants a fantastic massage experience to come back and get a membership like I did after a year in coming to the spa. Amy is the owner and is a very nice therapist with a very good personality. The spa is spotless. It is very clean establishment. I never right a review but was very surprise that the spa has no reviews on how good these therapist are. I'm just a customer. George A. read more

I was given a massage by Cocoa that was very good. I was charged $70 for an hour massage. She wanted me to pay in cash but I used a credit card. She wanted to know how much tip. I said $20 which was over 25%. She said she wanted more. I said ok $25. She said not enough. I told her no. She became angry and slammed the invoice and pen on the counter. It's too bad because it was a good massage. read more

This is one of the most disappointing I've ever had. My husband and I both had massages and were both disappointed. When I fell asleep the lady apparently decided to take a break. Then she answered two phone calls and the door once during my massage, with only apologies and didn't extend the massage to make up for the time. Both masseuses glossed over knots and spent excessive time on muscles that were fine. read more
