It started out with 10 minutes neck/head/face massage with my feet in warm water, then a 40 minute foot and calf massage, ending with 40 minutes face down for the rest of my body. You stay covered with a blanket the whole time, and after the first 10 minutes you get a towel over your eyes and a warm pillow behind your head. I do wish the neck/head massage was longer because that was my favorite part. Very reasonably priced for the massages and different options for massage lengths. They offer longer or shorter times, as well as local massages on feet, back, etc. Yesterday they had a holiday season special starting, offering free parrafin wax for hands or cupping. I chose the wax and it felt and smelt amazing. This establishment is very clean. The staff are always welcoming and generous, offering bottled water for the ride home. I've had Mike and another lady that i did not catch her name, and both gave great massages and were very nice. After a massage I'll usually get a text for 10 free minutes on a massage booked the next week. I've lived in Neptune Beach for 4 years and wish I would have found them before this year.
