I had a hard time making an appointment on the website so I called to make an appointment. I was able to make an appointment over the phone and put my gift card on file. The next morning at 9 am, I walked in and was greeted warmly by the front desk. I filled out some paperwork and waited a few minutes before Karla walked out to take me back to the room. She was soft spoken and gentle, and she asked me a few questions before having me undress and get on the table under a warm blanket with a pillow under my feet. She had a medium to hard pressure during the massage, and she didn't talk much, which I liked, so that I was able to relax. I had a few knots in my shoulders and lower back, and she took the time to work them out. I had the option of aromatherapy for free and chose peppermint. At the end of the massage I felt relaxed and pampered. She had a glass of water waiting outside the room for me after I dressed along with her card to make a future appointment. The front desk checked me out quickly and let me know to look for emails for black Friday and Christmas deals coming up. I hope to be back in the future for another massage.
