The office made an appointment for 9:30 at 9:45 AM. We were prompt in getting there on time, filled out all documentation ahead of time since I was a first-time patient. They took my daughter first and had allocated a room for me to be seen after, even though my appointment was for 9:30am. After my daughter was seen, I was taken to my room to be then told, my appointment was canceled and need to be rescheduled. This office has lost all future business from my family.
