The location right off of Park Ave is easy to get too but the cars can be heard in the room sometimes. Also the staff is nice and inviting but I'm pretty sure there are only two employees also so if someone comes in or the phone rings expect you masseuse to step out to attend to the customer. One experience, I wouldn't call negative but uncomfortable was my wife and I had separate massages at the same time and left cash tip on each bed before leaving the room. When I didn't write a tip on the cc receipt and after they were told about leaving the tip in cash the masseuse/staff became very offended pushing me to put a tip on the card.......I didn't and re explained the cash tip which seemed to defuse the situation. I chalked it up to a miscommunication and don't tip in cash anymore. I have been back since and have not had the same experience (call it a one off I guess), I will continue to go to this location.

It was clean and professional too. Great massage! The experience would have been 5 star except the therapist asked for a tip (not appropriate) and I said I'd give a $12 credit card tip. She said "no, $20 is a good tip for 60 minutes". After debating this a few times I reached out and took my credit card out of her hand and left without leaving a tip. $80 for 60 minutes is a bit overpriced, the market rate is $70 for 60 minutes. Knock it off with the tip pressure/demanding higher tips.

I docked a star because I didn't like that I was in the front of the business by the door. There's a lot of action in the front and I would've liked a more chill vibe. So I get on the table and the girl comes in and I remind her that I am here only for reflexology, I have issues with my back and I do not like to have a massage on my back from someone I don't know. Lo and behold they start the massage and it's a regular massage. They barely even touched my feet. The weird thing is you have to pay first, this neighborhood is getting bad but it's not that bad.
