It started out with 10 minutes neck/head/face massage with my feet in warm water, then a 40 minute foot and calf massage, ending with 40 minutes face down for the rest of my body. You stay covered with a blanket the whole time, and after the first 10 minutes you get a towel over your eyes and a warm pillow behind your head. I do wish the neck/head massage was longer because that was my favorite part. Very reasonably priced for the massages and different options for massage lengths.
