I am a healthcare worker who constantly lifts people from bed/wheelchair/commode and it accumulates in my upper back. I also carry stress there and my neck and it will get very tight. By now, I have been to East Foot Spa probably 7 or 8 times and each time has been positive. I get an excellent 60 minute full body massage with hot stones for $72. They offer longer or shorter times, as well as local massages on feet, back, etc. Yesterday they had a holiday season special starting, offering free parrafin wax for hands or cupping. I chose the wax and it felt and smelt amazing. This establishment is very clean. The staff are always welcoming and generous, offering bottled water for the ride home. I've had Mike and another lady that i did not catch her name, and both gave great massages and were very nice. After a massage I'll usually get a text for 10 free minutes on a massage booked the next week. I've lived in Neptune Beach for 4 years and wish I would have found them before this year. Of course she will adjust the pressure but you must communicate. Her English is very little but she knows the body very well. She found places I didn't know were causing me pain like around my ears and elbows. When she asks "pain" she means is this where you want her to focus. She will ask you what areas and if the pressure is good. So I will be honest, I have followed Karen and her husband Daniel around central Florida to different spas. She is worth the drive. I came up from tampa to see her. I suffer from migraines and I am disabled from military service. When I haven't seen her my migraines come back and it hurts to live.
