Yes they took steps to send me to Rachel to fix the cut afterwards but when someone takes so much hair off your head when it's hard for you to grow in the first place...it's not good. Which didn't make sense because the other guy I go to in there usually does them for $60 including designs and $10 tip. He applied the acrylic over my cuticles. He proceeded to start doing my nails and the entire time he was cutting my fingers the entire time and wasn't watching where he was placing the drill so ended up scraping my hand multiple times like the middle of my hand/palm. Didn't apologize or anything. I expressed that he was doing my nails completely aggressive and as a business owner that's "been in business for 30+ years" if I keep jumping or pulling my hand away you should be able to see that you are hurting me. I then told him I would prefer not to continue getting my nails done by him and I asked if one of the ladies could finish because on top of him hurting me the nails were extremely bulky and the application was horrible. He refused to allow anyone else to fix my nails. I gave him another chance as he wouldn't let anyone else finish and he proceeded to hurt me. I asked him to take the nails off and he refused. I was also getting my toes done so once I finished, i explained to him the service overall was horrible and he even made me bleed, he proceed to tell me he didn't care (on video). I went to the atm to attempt to pull out cash because I knew he was going to try to go back and change the charge once I swiped my card. He said I couldn't use the atm so I asked if my wife could go next door to pull the cash off. He said no he was calling the police. And locked us inside the location which wasn't an issue because we never tried to leave. It did feel unsafe. The police arrived and told him I was obligated to pay for my nails or me and my wife's toes ($140, no acrylic just regular pedicures), however the ladies did an amazing job so I did want to pay them for their service, my wife ended up getting the cash off because the officer said at any point and time we can leave but as I said I wanted to pay the ladies, I paid and he started talking mess to me, my wife and the officer. I would absolutely not recommend this place, the owner has horrible customer service and doesn't care about anything but money. They also have bad roaches!!!

I just recently moved to middleburg, and I wanted to get a pedicure. I picked this place because…read moreit's close to my house. I got the top line pedicure, paid $60 because I wanted the works. I got to soak my feet for all of 30 seconds before he started. He used the nail rotary tool on my toes, and that's it. Didn't clip my nails, didn't try to get any dead skin from around my nails. He used the little exfoliating block on my heels, swiped all of 4 times. That's all the exfoliating that my feet got... and I DESPERATELY needed it. Everything after this was mostly ok. The last thing they did was paraffin bags on my feet. He got the wax EVERYWHERE. I was finding bits of it on the back of my legs HOURS after my pedicure. Once he dried my feet off, he got up with his tools and walked into the back. Didn't come back out until one of his coworkers called for him to work on someone else. I didn't even realize he was done! Didn't say a damn thing to me. I had a friend come with me. Her nail tech cut her toe with the rotary tool. They didn't listen to what she was asking for with her nails. They kept pushing acrylics on her, but she just wanted gel on her toes and fingers. She brought her daughter, who is 10. She asked for gel on her fingers. They didn't do gel. Both of them had polish missing from their nails within 30 mins of leaving the salon. They didn't even want to try to go back to fix it, because of the experience. TLDR; find somewhere else to go.

One of the customers had an app. After sitting in the front for 30 minutes, one of the men working there had me go back to a work station to pick a color. 45 minutes later, I'm still sitting there 3-4 people that came in after me were getting their service before me. They were getting a similar service, and this does not include one with the appointment. After they were brining the next person back, I got up and left. When I was getting up the lady said I was next after she was sitting another customer down at the work station that just left. During that time, the man working there asked everyone if they wanted a drink except for me. It seems everyone else was made to feel welcome except for me. I just left in tears as a mom who was finally able to fine time to do something for myself. I don't think I will ever go back there when I was just ignored.
