Honestly, after an hour of some of the most relaxing massage I've ever had; I felt like I was Elliot and I had just been healed by E.T.. I walked out of Mike's office not only physically feeling better, but happier as well... happy like you feel after a glass of three of wine. That's how good he is... he actually improved my mood! I went to see Mike for stiffness in my mid to upper back. After a few minutes of niceties and consultation on specific pain points he got to work. His massage room is warm and inviting, but make no mistake - its just a nice room. If you are looking for the pomp that comes with a full resort spa, or chemical sterility in a doctor's office, than look elsewhere. Honestly, I prefer what Ponte Vedra Massage offers, I know I am paying for an outstanding deep tissue massage where I am the only focus. My massage included specific muscle work, heating pads, and hot stones. My massage finished with some aromatherapy oils, and reflexology on my face and scalp. The scalp and face massage might have been my favorite - I could almost feel my stress melting away. You can tell that he puts a focus on giving you the massage you need rather than upselling premium services. If you follow my reviews at all you know that I do not shy away from honest feedback... I can say without a doubt that Ponte Vedra Massage offers some of the best, if not the best, service I have ever had from a massage experience. Word of warning... As you can imagine Mike tends to book up pretty quickly; so I suggest you reach out to him, and take whatever opening he has sooner rather than later. Also report back to me if you find a magic lamp somewhere in his office...

Last time I went, the massage therapist greeted me with a cup of jasmine tea and cookies. Such a nice touch! They also have amazing facials. This was actually the first service I tried there and I'm going back for another. I got the organic facial and I'm very happy with both the experience and the results.
