I was getting a spray tan for a huge performance event (and she knew this) but the tan hardly made me look any different and when I asked about that she replied, "well maybe if you got the rapid, but you got the classic" (I was never met with options) I then asked if it would get any darker she was responded "usually yeah but probably not, because of the body wash you use" The spray tan was splotchy from the get-go. She didn't go over me twice. She definitely missed some spots. I wasn't even dry when she told me I was good to get dressed again. She didn't walk me through any tips on the do's and dont's of spray tans. I had to pull teeth to even figure out how long until I could shower. SO CLEARLY AN UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER, but was still met with disdain, like my opinion was nothing to her anyway. So bizarre. I've never had a job in my life where I cared this little about a customers opinion of my service. Especially since I'm pretty sure it's her own salon.

She was extremely communicative prior to our appointment, sent along all of the tips for prepping for best results, checked in a few days prior to confirm our appointment, and showed up perfectly on time with all of her equipment! This was hands-down the most thorough spray tan any of us girls had ever received. She personally applied lotion to all of our freshly manicured nails, used a primer coat, made sure we found the perfect color/tone, sprayed a hydration coat, and then topped it all off with the coolest powder trick to take away all tackiness to ensure our tans were perfect. Even after all of that, she also followed up the next morning to make sure we were all happy with our tans and offered to do any touch ups that may be needed. She is extremely reasonably priced, an absolute joy to work with, and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a gorgeous and long-lasting tan! Today marks 8 days since my spray tan and my color is still going strong and fading evenly. If we were local to St. Augustine I would use Tiffany on a regular basis.
