Wonderful experience!…read more It was my first time coming to this establishment. I researched several spas before picking this one. I am glad I came. It was my birthday present to myself. I booked the hot stone massage and the steam room. My masseuse was Zianni. She did a great job. I felt all the tension and knots being released from my body. The steam room was amazing. It was an added benefit to my massage. The next time I am in Jacksonville I will stop by again. Namaste!

‍ The Spa at Palencia -- Relaxing, Clean & Outstanding Service!…read more I had an excellent experience at The Spa at Palencia. The spa is very clean, peaceful, and inviting, making it easy to relax the moment you walk in. They offer both massages and facials, so there are plenty of ways to treat yourself. Lydia was phenomenal! She took the time to ask about my preferred pressure and whether there were any specific areas I wanted her to focus on. That attention to detail made the massage feel truly personalized, and her professionalism and care really stood out. Overall, the service was outstanding from start to finish. It's a great place to unwind and take some time for yourself. Another plus--there's plenty of parking, which makes the whole experience even more convenient. Excellent service, a beautiful clean atmosphere, and a relaxing experience. I would definitely return!

The…read moreinside is very welcoming and they have wonderful products that they even have in the bathroom for you to use. My favorite is the Dry shampoo in the bathroom for after your massage. The rooms have wonderful spa music playing throughout your massage, they have THE MOST comfortable massage tables I have ever laid on. They are the perfect size. Not too hard, not too soft and the best part is the face thing you put your face in. Most of the time the hole is so small and, being claustrophobic, I am always widening the hole from the pillow cover. This spa has very spacious face holders. I know it sounds odd but trust me on this one. We have been here 3 times so far and each time I had a different masseuse. Each masseuse will always have their own technique, but there were other places I could not wait for my massage to be over. Each massage here was wonderful. I have had Lacy, Saylah and , Crystal and each one did a wonderful job. I booked my next one with Lacy and am happy to find such a wonderful spa. They do have monthly memberships which we joined to guarantee we get ourselves a massage every month.

Wow, she did an amazing job! I've had facials in the past but she was seriously the best. Not only did she pay attention to my skincare concerns and tailor the facial for me, but she gave me plenty of time to relax before and after my service. The tea at this spa makes it a special experience. I ended up purchasing a membership and taking one of Jessie's cards so I can recommend her to a coworker. I would highly recommend Jessie to anyone looking for the best facial, and Wildberry Tea Spa for the beautiful environment and friendly staff!
