After accumulating credits I wasn't using, I decided to cancel my membership. On 6/19, I was told it would require me to complete a form that would be emailed to me, and I'd be charged $79.95 for the last time, on 6/23 and I'd have until Oct to use my accumulated credits. After leaving several messages that were NEVER RETURNED about the emailed DocuSign form I couldn't open, I reached a so called manager on 7/2 who advised although she didn't bother returning my calls about receiving AN ADDITIONAL WITHDRAWAL because the form wasn't completed, SHE PERSONALLY canceled my membership and I wouldn't be charged after 6/23. On 7/23 I was charged $79.95 and I called the store and left a heated message. No return call. Nor did they return my $79.95! I filed a dispute with my bank who rejected it because I'd previously approved these charges (which is some more BS implying I can't say no NOW because I previously said yes). When I called Hand&Stone, I received no apologies or offers to rectify the situation, and they further PROVIDED THE SAME TIME FRAME to use the additional credit I SHOULDN'T EVEN HAVE! I have five credits to use by October, when I wasn't using them in the first place, but I won't use their site. Too bad to because I liked my masseuse and esthetically. She is professional, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain every step of the process so you know exactly what is happening and why. Honestly, she is even better than some aestheticians I have seen at high-end luxury hotels. My skin felt amazing afterward, and the whole experience was relaxing from start to finish. The front desk receptionist was also a gem, friendly, attentive, and conscious of helping me get through the permissions section quickly so I could start my treatment right away. Also who knew that in Jacksonville, they'd have the massage robot experience? If you have been curious about that massage robot they keep showing on IG everywhere, they have it there! Overall, I could not have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend booking with Vanessa and the team here. You will not be disappointed.

Upon walking in, the place felt so clean, bright, spacious, comfortable, and also smelled good! It's a spa built inside a boutique and there were some really cute clothing on sale. The ladies up front were super sweet and checked us in with no problem! I was a bit nervous as I cannot remember the last time I ever had a facial but I'm so happy that I came across Chrissy! Chrissy is so sweet, professional, knowledgeable, and despite having only 45 minutes with her, she did not rush me at all. I don't know what kind of magic she did on my face but my face feels so much cleaner and brighter. I love how she massages your temples and shoulders too! I felt so at ease with her and the room was very calming, tranquil, and very Zen. I loved the relaxing music and I found myself trying not to fall asleep because it was so peaceful. For 45 minutes, Chrissy did so much!! She cleanse my face, added a pineapple type of mask (my favorite), added some hyaluronic mist, did exfoliation, provided with hot towels, and also a warm, misting fan to enhance the experience. She also does extractions but I didn't have any to extract (lucky me!). I enjoyed our conversations and time with her! I literally can't stop touching my skin! My husband is having his massage done by Maddison. I have no doubts that he would love the experience! I'll update once I hear from him. UPDATE: He said it was a very relaxing experience and that Maddison did an amazing job! Thank you to the staff at Body Soul Spa for making our experience so wonderful! Definitely planning on coming back here! If you would like an amazing, relaxing experience, please check this place out! You will not be disappointed!

I sit all day and run when I get home (basically torture my back 5 days per week), so I like a massage to have deep pressure to realign everything. Kristi looks small, but the lady packs a punch. She was able to apply effective, deep pressure without being painful about it (a rare skill). I have felt great after each session so far. I had previously tried to become a customer at another parlor in town that will go unnamed, but for feed up with long wait times for appointments and never being able to get my preferred masseuse. Everything with Kristi has been simple and easy, and she has always been able to accommodate my schedule for appointments.
