One thing I really like about Luba's technique and professionalism is that if she comes across a real sore spot will she do some extra focus time on that area so you can have some therapeutic gain. At one point, she asked if I was cold, I said yes, nothing was done. Ha. With a full body massage, you'd think you'd get a FULL body. Well no, I got my middle back, glutes and legs done. No shoulders, and I had to ask for my feet to be massaged. Which was a 3 minute waist of time. To top off this terrible experience, at the end, she had the nerve, to ask me for a tip. 3 TIMES.
