After a roughly 20 minute ride back to my hotel, the skin on the meat was still crispy and everything was still warm. The meat was moist and flavorful with the perfect amount of both sweet and savory with quite the pronounced hint of Chinese five-spice. The meal is incredibly simple but done very well.
