I understand that the store hires someone to do the alterations so "it's not their fault" but, it is because they chose them. They have obviously had problems in the past because you have to sign a waiver that they are not doing the alterations. They removed the label on the back of my jeans which created holes in the label and parts of the label is still stuck to the jeans where it used to be. There is bunching on the right side of my pants at the waist too. Overall, experience at the store was good, alterations on the jeans are not nearly as good. Thus, they are knocked down a star.

The items are reasonably priced for good quality secondhand: I got a pair of Old Navy sandals for $6 and a pair of like new Nike tennis shoes for $30. My mom got three tops, all ranging from $6-9 and super cute + in great condition. I love how organized the store is, the frequent 70% clearance items, and the quality of brands. You can always find high end shoes and bags here! In my opinion, this Style Encore is leagues above the Clothes Mentor and other stores we have in the Twin Cities as far as cleanliness, quality and price.

I walked around the entire store and found some jeans I was going to try on but no one approached me at all to help. I decided to skip trying on anything there and exited as soon as I could. I was frustrated that no one said anything to me as they greeted some others as they walked in. I was dressed appropriately and normally I end up buying something when I go in Evereve. My home store is either Sioux Falls, SD or Naples, FL. Both of them are super, the people that work there greet everyone when they walk in and are extremely helpful picking out items that I wouldn't even think to try on. I generally end up buying what they pick out. This is the second time this has happened to me at the Jordan Creek Mall store. Not too excited to go back to that store.
