The store also seemed to be one busy place. The 1st thing to remember is that everyone is struggling with staff and to be kind to the staff who are there in trying to help people. I found that staff were more than willing to help me and most of the time would actually walk me to an area that I had questions about rather then just give me a general directions and send me on my way. The store was clean and well organized. I needed wide shoes and the staff was willing to admit that they really didn't know but they also were willing to find me someone who did and that was a gentleman by the name of Monty. He gave me several choices looked at my fit on my feet and was honest with me about something that was marked wide but he felt that it wasn't the best fit. I finally found a pair that I liked and walked away happy.
