Good luck if you can get in and out of the pharmacy in under a hour. The line always takes forever and a day, wouldn't be too bad if they would move with a purpose. Seems like is a hassle for them to open up the second register when there is a big line. The kids' area has plenty of reading space, tables, chairs, a small play stage and puppets, and tons of books and toys to look at. I usually hit HyVee first after checking their sale fliers online. I don't do a lot of my shopping here because their prices are higher than Walmart, but they do have great sales on produce and meat very often. So that's what I get there. I like that their parking lot is easy to get in and out of without a hassle. The store is also the perfect size for me. It's not too big and not too small. Their meat counter is great. I'm a regular there so I tend to see the same familiar faces every week. The employees are very friendly and helpful. I really love the fuel saver/rewards card. I usually save $2-$3 on laundry detergent from the digital coupons each month because I'm a member. They also have other great deals for members including saving on gas. I just feel very at home here. When I go to other HyVee stores it just doesn't feel the same. I hope I never move too far because I love this store.

Be very aware of where price stickers are located! We bought some photo frames here and never will again. The stickers have such a sticky glue it's impossible to get them off and still be able to use the frame without outside help. We had to use a razor to remove it from some surfaces, Goo Gone to remove the stickiness, glass cleaner to clean the glass up and that's not to mention the paint the stickers ripped off of some of them upon removal. You're also not allowed to take a cart outside the store, so plan on carrying everything with you. The products they do have can range wildly. The items we got that were seasonal, specialty foods and random other things were all great. Again, be aware of tag placement. Although it's called "Dress for Less" I never really found any clothing of interest. The person who checked us out on both of our visits was very nice and polite. It is a newer store, so everything is nice and shiny for now. I did find for many things I preferred Marshall's next door, but for some really unique pieces, interesting food items which can come at a great discount, and some specialty items...it's worth checking out Ross.

He must be shopping for somebody else, but I was gone in a RAY OF LIGHT, so I didn't become a Material Boy today.
