My parents are from Europe and English is not their first language. Rick made everything clear and concise to them, which I really appreciated. At first my parents attempted to undergo the process themselves, which ultimately set them back.. Once we hired Rick things moved forward promptly and efficiently with all the necessary paperwork. It was a relief to be able to let Rick take over communicating with the tenant. Rick also has an in house Lawyer that we didn't have to use, but I was glad to have that ready. After a while we reached an agreement with the tenant and the paperwork was drawn up and signed by both parties in one day basically. I had received copies immediately. When it came time that week to get the keys, Ricks assistant Luis called me politely the morning of to tell me he was there ready to take care of the turning over of keys. Luis drove a hard line with the tenant about the unit being fully clean before they leave and I couldn't be more grateful for that! The tenant clearly wanted to leave some junk behind, but Luis was fantastic in being stern about the condition of the unit. Thank you! Living at a property managed by this company was a frustrating and concerning experience. Their consistent disregard for repair requests was not only inconvenient but also potentially dangerous. Throughout my time there, I found myself repeatedly ignored until rent was due, then left in silence for the rest of the month. Maintenance issues were addressed in the cheapest and most expedient manner possible, often sacrificing quality and safety. One glaring example was the carbon monoxide leak I discovered years into my lease. Despite my frequent reports of smelling gas and subsequent intervention by the gas company, the property management failed to take adequate action. Even after the gas was shut off for safety reasons, their response remained lackluster. While they sent various plumbers to assess the situation, none were able to resolve the issue permanently. Months passed, and I continued to reside in an unsafe environment, feeling neglected and disregarded. Ultimately, I was left with no choice but to vacate the premises. The prolonged exposure to potential hazards due to the company's negligence was unacceptable. Their irresponsibility, recklessness, and overall lack of concern for the well-being of their tenants are evident. I strongly advise against entrusting this company with your housing needs, as they have demonstrated themselves to be unresponsive and grossly negligent property managers. read more

I just recently started renting from this agency,so far they have been really nice & helpful they have answered all my questions and have returned my calls, helped setting up payment portal so i can see exactly what i am paying i don't have to drive anywhere to pay my rent :) i would defiantly recommend to those that are looking for a rental. i believe if you are a good tenant and pay your rent on time you will not have no problems, if you move out and leave the home destroyed and don't care about the landlords home than yes its obvious your security deposit will not be returned in full, you leave the home the way it was rented to you "with all appliances" if your a person who knows about credit checks and has rented from an agency even straight from the landlord you know that renting a home can be hard especially if you have bad credit and bad rental history don't try to move into a luxury home with bad credit wont happen, there just doing there job and at the end of the day its what the landlord wants, not the agency. but everyone has there own experience & opinion read more

We visited Rosarito for "Cinco de Mayo" weekend all the hotels were booked I was bummed out because I wanted something walking distance but I don't regret our stay at Las Gaviotas, it was memorable, we didn't get enough in 3 days. I felt so safe and once I took a look at the views and surroundings of the hotels they didn't become so convincing after all too loud, unlike our unit the community is just so peaceful and quite as if you're at your own place. We are definitely coming back in the summer when the sun really starts doing his job. I didn't get to try their food personally but I did see Saturday morning by the pool area the grilling. There's just so much to do in little time. Place was so clean and tight. It did get chilly but our room was equipped with heater and extra heavy blanket in the closet. What can I say. This guy Rick is quite a class act. I was referred to him by a real estate agent for a property I was looking to have managed. Upon contact this guy was ready to go. I expressed to him that I stayed out of town and didn't really have people in the area to help me get the property ready to rent. He said don't worry, he has electricians, carpenters, plumbers, i.e. whatever I needed. Within 1 week repairs were being made. By week two the property was listed for rent. Week 3 he had a tenant with a security deposit. By midweek 5 he was sending me my 1st months rent. Throughout the whole process Rick and his staff were extremely professional, stayed in constant contact and kept me updated as things progressed. Our mid-week Las Gaviotas holiday in Rosarito Beach was wonderful from the time we arrived (to be met at the entrance gate by the friendly and professional security staff), until our departure. The condo (parking right out front) is exquisitely furnished, yet unpretentious, with a large couch, full dining table, fireplace, blackout drapes, and huge flatscreen TV. The unit is well-maintained and equipped with amenities found in most rental properties. The sunset (and daytime) view from the patio balcony is a great one, and the bbq there works, too! The community accoutrements are excellent: pool, hot tub, beach. Nearby markets, shops and restaurants abound. (NOTE: steep steps and walkways are common). read more

My family and I stayed at Rick's 2-bedroom condo located at Las Gaviotas/ Rosarito for a weekend and it was perfect! The condo had a spacious balcony with a GREAT view of the ocean and, oddly enough, I really liked the Mexican tiling in the bathroom. The rooms were clean and spacious. The condo itself is located in a safe gated community with a pool and jacuzzi that's open to everyone. We seem to have gone at the perfect time because the pool had a maximum of 3 families in it. Great place & host Great place for a weekend in Baja. The community of the home was fantastic. The apartment and the deck with an ocean view couldn't have been better. Easy check-in too. There is road noise because the property sits at the back of the community, on top of the hill, up against the highway. Expansive views of the Pacific Ocean and Baja from the deck really make this place special. Everything you could need for a weekend getaway was there, and Rick, the host is quickly responsive which made the stay even easier.
