I meet Carlos awhile back at Porsche Riverside. At that time I wasn't ready to buy a house yet but I always kept his contact info because he was super nice and seemed like someone I can connect with. Years passed by and when I was ready I gave him a call. We looked at least 6+ houses until we decided on a new KB build in Riverside. He made the whole transition seamless, and was super helpful through the whole process. I highly recommend Carlos if you are ready to buy or sell your home. Thanks again for helping me became a home owner! Appreciate you! read more

From initial inquiry to well past Closing, Carlos was there every step of the way with consistent communication, insight, and empathy. It felt like I was buying a house with my best friend. He was always in my corner and listened intently to my goals and home desires. This was the smoothest process I have ever had and I have bought/sold several. I highly recommend Carlos because he is extremely patient, knowledgeable, and truly does care about helping people find their dream home vs just selling a house. If you are looking for a realtor who will treat you like family, doesn't rush you, consistently communicates, is super relaxed, and always has your interest in mind first - then choose Carlos or anyone fortunate enough to be on his partner team. I should add, he paid for my first year home warranty and as luck would have it, my hot water heater went out 6 weeks after closing. Lucky enough, thanks to Carlos, I was able to replace the whole system (upgrade to tankless even) for only $75 trade call fee! read more

I'm an investor up in Walnut Creek, and had a property to flip down in Beaumont. Carlos did all of the leg work for me down there, and was super on top of it and helpful. He knew exactly what price to put our house at to sell it quickly in a down market! He's the only realtor I'll ever use down in LA, SD, or IE. read more

I called and texted this agency/agent several times but never got a reply at all. I understand the market is exploding and everyone is busy but a 5 second reply goes a long way and shows the true efficiency and professionalism of the business...any type of business. I'm an investor ready to buy several properties in the area but I will keep searching for a professional real estate company. read more

My wife and I reached out to Carlos, kind of on a whim, to ask about a house we had casually encountered thumbing through Zillow listings, but after a few exchanges, we decided to start working with him. Carlos was super available and responsive, but more than that, he 100% understood what we wanted and served our needs without hustle or hassle. Also, it's worth mentioning that he's a pro at COVID smart protocol, so not only did we feel taken care of, we felt safe while shopping. I would for sure come to him again for his help. read more

Carlos and his team are amazing. Carlos is kind, knowledgeable, resourceful, patient and has integrity. If you are looking for a fantastic local agent with an amazing team who have the ability to help out-of-area buyers relocate successfully (**even during particularly difficult and restrictive times due to COVID), I highly recommend Carlos. He was instrumental in obtaining our beautiful Redlands home. read more

Carlos and his team are amazing. I was looking to refi a loan and he proved knowledgeable, resourceful, patient and giving of his time. Unfortunately, my property did not appraise at a value high enough for me to refi and Carlos was still gracious enough not to charge me fees that had been incurred. I would highly recommend Carlos and the team for any loan or real estate transaction. I will certainly be back read more

I cannot recommend a broker more highly. From the moment of first meeting to the final closing, Carlos was resourceful, always available, and highly intelligent in the approach to selling an extremely distressed property in Redlands for an elderly relative of mine. If you want an ally, friend, and mentor to help make your real estate experience as trouble-free and joyful as possible, Carlos is your guy. We shared a balanced sense of ethics and fairness and opportunity-seeking that worked out perfectly. Creating the listing over a weekend, navigating the many offers we got from buyers, helping decide how long to wait and which one to accept under what terms, I truly believe Carlos helped us get a selling price 10-15% higher than we might have received with another broker. His fee was fair, well earned, and happily paid. read more

Thank you Carlos and your team for collaborating with the inspector, realtor and termite inspector to get the closing of the house done on time. During this COVID 19 outbreak it has been difficult to work out certain transactions in a timely matter but your determination made it happen. I appreciate all of your help. I can't thank you enough. He also did an excellent job at communicating throughout the process. He would text me with anything pertinent to the sale of the home immediately. Furthermore, he made it a point to be accessible frequently and returned calls or texts quickly. The bottom line is if you want your house sold quick, professionally, accordingly, and honestly, then you should use Carlos. I was relocating from out of state to the area of Redlands, CA. Carlos made the transition very smooth, he assist me in every step of the way to find my new home. I found my new home within less than one month. He is a very dedicated, honest, respectful, sincere, persistent and hard working realtor. He treats you like family , the house that I was very interested had a broken window and the seller was not going to repair it. So Carlos found a glass company and repair it all out of his pocket expenses. I am very blessed to him in my team of this very stressful time of relocating and purchasing a house. Thank you so much and May God bless him with infinite more blessings! read more

Carlos took a complex situation and got an ideal outcome! We have been living in another state, renting our home out to tenants--anywhere from 3-4 tenants in the home at any one time, all managed by a management company. We decided to sell this year and were unable to get a competitive offer until talking to Carlos. His intimate knowledge of the properties and people was obvious right away--we got a top-market offer before long. There were also repairs and maintenance that needed to be coordinated as well as other loose ends. We weren't around and had no way of telling if things were being done properly or not--Carlos took care of it all with the highest level of integrity and professionalism--he returned emails and texts in usually less than 2 minutes! He also copied us on all the closing documents as well as motivated the buyers and their agent to be on-the-spot about closing on time. The whole thing could have gone horribly wrong, but thanks to Carlos Gutierrez, we are looking at a low-hassle, high profit sale in less than a month. read more

I want to sell my house in Chapman Heights in Yucaipa and found Carlos via Yelp. He is as awesome as you can get as an agent. He came by to do the assessment of the house and provided the market report before we signed the contract. We signed our contract on Tuesday, and he scheduled the photographer on Thursday, posted the photos online with all the marketing champions on Friday and open house on Saturday and Sunday all in the same week. We had open house 2 weeks straight and also scheduled a 3rd open house on the 3rd week. Right before our 3rd week open house, we received/signed the offer. The house is successfully closed escrow 1 month after. It is an easy and smooth transaction. Highly recommended for someone who is looking to buy and sell houses! read more

Carlos helped me a buy a home half way across the country as a first time home buyer. That alone should say lot about his work. I appreciated his professionalism in every encounter we had. Highest recommendations from a Yelp Eliter. Thanks again Carlos! read more

First time home buyer here, ended up with my ideal home thanks to Carlos. Some of the highlights I cannot help but mention: 1. Extremely quick response time. As a first time buyer, I had plethora of questions. I felt very comfortable asking Carlos any question, and he responds FAST. I cannot emphasize enough how valuable this was to us. I had a strict time-line with starting a new job, so this was very appreciated. 2. Experienced. Gave my fiance and me lots of feedback during out walk-throughs of potential homes so that I felt extremely confident to pull the trigger when we saw the home we wanted. 3. Personable and has your best interest in mind. I felt extremely comfortable dealing with Carlos, never felt pushed or rushed. His priority was to help me find my ideal home. ** We purchased our home with the MD loan. The nuances are slightly different from conventional loans -- you want a realtor experienced with this specific loan representing you to utilize its full potential. In short, Carlos deserves every one of the 5 stars. He has my highest recommendation. read more

Carlos was awesome. I was a first time home buyer so I thought it was going to be an intimidating process. It wasn't at all though thanks to Carlos. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and responsive. Carlos did a outstanding job for us guiding us through our first home sale. He was very receptive to our questions and took the time to explain things. He's quite approachable. I would recommend him especially if you live in the Redlands area as he knows this area quite well. He has a very good eye for recommending how to set up your home for the actual sale and walk through. We hit a snag during the escrow process and he was very diligent about clearing up the details with the underwriter. read more

We would definitely contact Carlos again for a future sale or purchase. read more

Carlos Gutierrez is not only a good friend of mine but an outstanding realtor - not only the Inland Empire but spreading himself all over the Southern California area. No home is too small, too big, fully remodeled or needing some TLC, he will make the sell or purchase of your next home a seamless process. His attention to detail, honesty and ability to answer or get answers is top notch and that's when you know you are working with the right person for your home (buying or selling) needs. Carlos knows what it takes to get you into your "dream" home and will try his absolute best to make that dream a reality! Look no further, if you want "first class" service, Carlos is your agent and puts you first and foremost with all your needs as his top priority. Never heard anything negative regarding my referrals so that's why I choose Carlos for all my real estate needs. My wife and I recently bought a house in the Loma Linda Redlands area with Carlos and we had an excellent experience. Carlos is an easy going and well known realtor and his years of experience were apparent through our interactions with him. He made time of us when we were available, even going to open houses twice in one day because I was not able to go during the day because of my job. If I expressed interest in a house, he would arrange for it to be seen the same day or next day. He is always professional , soft spoken but assertive and confidant and knows the real estate market inside and out. He is also honest about the homes we visit, the good, the bad, and the ugly. Frankly I wasn't looking for a realtor to tell me that every house was excellent without flaws and he helped us find a beautiful house we really liked. Due to his experience, we were able to get a competitive price on a home. If you are serious about purchasing a home, he is the right guy for you. read more

I FIRED 4 other agents. I interviewed about 8. I called Carlos, told him I wasn't interested in a weak minded individual and needed a Bulldog. Carlos answered all of my questions. I met with him the very next day. I told him how demanding I was and what my expectations were ( I consider myself quite a pickle ). Carlos adapted to my personality and made me feel as if I was dealing with a friend and not just an "agent". All of my calls and texts were returned promptly. I made several offers within the first week of meeting with Carlos. He was aggressive with the sellers and got my offers to them quickly. I submitted an offer and purchased a home in a matter of 2 weeks. The other lazy agents I dealt with missed a chance to make a sale. Honesty and integrity is what sold me with Carlos. I had no doubt my purchase was going to be perfect. I thank you very much Carlos. I will definitely recommend you and utilize your services again. No nonsense with Carlos, punctuality and personality equaled a sale in a matter of weeks. One of the previous agents worked with me over 3 months ( wasted my life ). ( Sergio thanks you again ). read more

I have been a real estate investor for over 25 years and have hired countless realtors. Carlos Guttierrez is absolutely among the very top tier of any I have ever encountered. He provided thorough, knowledgeable market data for me and his seasoned input regarding the saleability of my rental property, within two hours of my initial contact. This was very important as the subject property is 400 miles from where I live and I had little knowledge of the market there. I was so impressed with his counsel (and his virtually perfect online ratings/reviews) that I listed my property with Carlos. Carlos' keen marketing strategy and his extensive network of relationships with potential buyers resulted in me getting an all-cash offer on the very next day!! Two weeks later, escrow closed. Deal done without a hitch! I cannot say enough about Carlos' perfectly responsive, easy-access communication, professionalism and his EXTREME honesty and integrity--even when it could affect his own profit. He is an awesome pro with whom I am thoroughly pleased. I've listed a second property with Carlos Guttierez, got a GREAT offer and am set to close on that sale in a few weeks. OUTSTANDING REALTOR! This is a 100% real review from a 200% satisfied client! read more
