We had an amazing experience working with Chris and the Leeper Realty Group to sell our mobile home in Riverside, CA. From day one, their deep knowledge of the local market was obvious. We were relocating to Texas and needed to sell quickly in order to lock in a new construction home, and Chris and his team made the whole thing easy. They were extremely patient with all of our questions and kept us informed every step of the way with excellent communication. Even after the first escrow fell through, we got another offer accepted and the sale was quick and smooth. This took a lot of stress off our move, especially because we ended up moving out halfway through escrow and finished the sale from out of state. This team is so knowledgeable and receptive to our needs. Ethics is a major issue in real Estate and this team follows all ethical guidelines. So many people will only do what is in their best interest, but this team will do what is in the client's interest. This team sold one of my previous homes and is now working with me to buy a another. I would never work with another team because I know I can trust them to take care of me and my family. read more

As I reflect back on our home buying experience I'm so thankful for Chris and his team of trusted professionals. House Hunt/Offer: We found the house of our dreams that had everything on our list and the stakes were high. There was LOTS of interest and we needed to come in strong and on top to have our offer accepted. Chris listened to our situation, discussed the market, looked at homes that sold in the area, and helped us strategize to put in a strong offer. Multiple offers came in and I became anxious we could loose but Chris remained calm and patient. Again, he helped us strategize on our next move. He negotiated hard and helped us land the home of our dreams. If not for Chris Leeper I know we would have lost our home to another Buyer. Home Inspections/Financing: Offer accepted and then the "real work" begins. I work long hours, travel often, and have young children and a husband... so my time is very limited. To make matters more complicated, our family was planning a move from Oregon to California. I didn't have time to call and interview home inspectors, roofers, electricians, and termite companies to access our home. I wanted the best interest rate but didn't have time to "shop around". Chris recommended professionals he knew and trusted and personally attended the home inspections. What a relief!!! Day or night Chris was always responding to my texts or phone calls. I was so impressed by his level of enthusiasm, integrity, and genuine care to help our family buy the house of our dreams! Thank you Chris, Leeper Reality, RWM Loans/Danny Coronado, and Town & Country Escrow. read more
