I had a great experience selling our home with Fil. I honestly thought we might be pricing the house a little aggressively at $510K, but he was confident in the market and ended up being right. We had an offer at $515K and were under contract within about four days of listing. He was also extremely helpful throughout the entire escrow process, especially when the inspection and negotiations came up.
