After a month of waiting, and checking in to see Updates, I would periodically get messages like the owner is looking at your application. Finally, 2 days ago, I received a notice stating the owner went with another applicant. keep in mind this home apparently was on the market with Zillow for 111 days. I found it interesting to see that on another website this morning Westside rentals, if you type in the same address, it shows it was just put up for rent yesterday by the same agent, Drake from the same company. It would be good to BBB to see if they are potentially running some type of scam if the company paid to run the credit is affiliated with his management company. I'm not writing in this review because I'm bitter, in a way I feel like I dodged a bullet not dealing with this company. I've acquired another home and I'm quite happy with it. But I am warning off potential renters from a very negative experience and little to no communication.
