Brooks was an absolute dream to work with! From beginning to end, which was a quick and painless process, we were taken care of with the utmost kindness, care and professionalism. Our home sold in record time with no hiccups. We received three offers within the first two weeks and closed escrow in a month. With our plan being to sell our home and move into a rental while we build our dream home, we came up on a huge bump in the road - trying to find a rental. I looked everywhere and called daily, but had zero luck; in the climate of Covid there was absolutely nothing available. In a panic I reached out to Brooks, who promised to take care of us. Like pulling a rabbit out of a hat, he made magic happen. Just days before we had to move out he was able to find us the most beautiful rental accommodations in Redlands, which has been perfect for our family. I have to admit, the process was so quick and stress-free that at times it seemed almost too good to be true and we had to check in with him to make sure it was all a reality. Brooks and his team made our entire process seamless. We recommend Mr. Bailey to all our friends and family and will use him on any future transactions. read more

Brooks and his team were spectacular to work with! My wife and I were looking for a vacation home in Palm Springs but Brooks suggested La Quinta as an alternative because it's quite a bit less expensive. We looked in the city of La Quinta and loved the area. He sent us some homes and one stood out that we had to have. Fortunately Brooks was able to get our offer accepted and negotiated the furniture to be included which saved us thousands of dollars! We just closed a little over a week ago and we just stayed with our family for the week. We Highly recommend Brooks and his team to guide you through your purchase process! read more

Brooks was positive, supportive, very knowledgeable, and available throughout the whole selling process. He went above and beyond to ease our stress and find solutions to problems that arose. I have bought and sold many houses and in multiple states and Brooks is by far the best realtor that I have worked with. Thank you Brooks for working with us and helping us! read more

Real Estate is a medium for Brooks. Brooks genuinely wants to see people happy, help them in any way he can, and facilitate a good experience. We had the opportunity to work with Brooks in November '21 when selling our home to move closer to family. Brooks and his team overwhelmed us with their sincerity and genuine interest in our well-being, while being consumate professionals and continual advocates for us throughout the process. Selling a home is stressful, transitioning your life after being vested in a community for 20+ years, stressful doesn't even come close to describing. Brooks and team, made it easier! Thank you! read more

I'm not sure how Brooks has all of these 5 star reviews as everyone that I have spoken to about him had had a TERRIBLE experience with him. From the moment we signed a contract with him, he was dishonest, withheld offers that weren't from his personal buyers and made promises he couldn't keep. Our house was on the market months longer than it would have been has we gone with another realtor. He's as shady as they come. There's a reason that he's known as "Crooks Bailey" around town. Do yourself a favor and stay away. read more

Wow working with Brooks was a dream. From the initial referral from my sister in law, to closing escrow in the blink of an eye, and poof our home was gone at asking price! His level of professionalism and understanding of this tricky real estate market surpassed everyone we met with before him. Before we knew it, we had professional photographers, drones, and a full color glossy brochure designed...showcasing our multi million dollar property, no wonder it sold so fast. We've already referred The Bailey Group to some family friends and they are already blown away by Brooks after a phone call and meeting for coffee! Stop wasting your time with rookie realtors and call Brooks and his team today!! You will not be disappointed. Thanks Bailey Group for a smooth and quick sale of our home!! read more

I've been working with Jennifer, who is on Brook's team, and she's been exceptional with adhering to what I ask for. I know my search request hasn't been the easiest, but she's been upfront and great at screening and filtering through properties that closely match what I need. Brooks periodically checks in and I appreciate him extending himself. Overall, I'm pretty excited to see what he and his team can find for us. read more

Love this guy. I've known him and his family for years. Great, honest people. I had to sell a town home who I owned with a ugly nasty person who was making the sale difficult. No one wanted to step in and deal with her except Brooks. He was great and had it sold without even going on the market. Not once did he let me communicate with her. He was professional and handled every situation with ease. The most difficult thing about this sale was that the co-owner was a real estate from Orange County who thought she was better then everyone in the inland empire. Thank you Brooks for doing an outstanding job. read more

Brooks was great with me. I was very comfortable with him and his communications though out the entire process. I'm kinda busy and selling my place takes time, his easy and open communications answered all of my questions quick, kept me in the loop about who and when people and paperwork was happening and why. Brooks didn't try to talk me into anything and it was very willing to listen to my concerns with prices and negotiations. I've already recommended him to my other family members and will be calling him again for future property interactions. I've bought and sold homes in the past, but Brooks' easy going attitude, the positiveness, and the great communications makes me want to keep his number handy. -Mike read more

Hands-down one of the best realtors and most genuine people I know. In the world that we live in, there's very few people that you can trust to find you a home and to have the integrity to do what's right. I appreciate everything you've done for me Brooks and I will always do my best to refer you. With the deepest gratitude, thank you for all your help along the way. read more

Brooks was nothing short of an absolute godsend! While we never actually met in person because we live in Northern California, we hired Brooks to sell my grandmother's home. Needless to say, he took care of everything from start to finish. He was prompt, professional, and on several occasions, went far beyond the call of duty given we live out of the area. He is a very dedicated realtor and his customer service skills are top notch!!! Thanks for everything Brooks!!! read more

Brooks just helped us land our new building for Pennington Designs. We had a lot of different requirements and he was able to find us multiple locations to consider. Once we found a winner he worked on our behalf to get us a very fair deal. We would highly recommend him and plan on using him again in a few years for our next project. read more

I cannot recommend Brooks Bailey highly enough. You simply cannot match the level of attentive service that he provides, including the all-important aspect of returning calls promptly. Brooks has a deep level of experience and professionalism and if you are fortunate enough to have him as your realtor, you're in very good hands indeed. He's in it for the long run - meaning, he will never pressure you to invest in a questionable property. Brooks really looked out for us; the very first house he showed us he cautioned there was a possible foundation issue. My husband prefers a quiet neighborhood with soft street lighting; he finds motion sensor lights particularly annoying. Any home that we expressed an interest in, Brooks would always say, "Don't forget to check it out at night." One more thing: We were not the greatest prospects for financing due to an irregular income, but even so Brooks helped us find several brokers who came up with creative programs to fit our situation and we ended up with an affordable mortgage. Plus - he's a fun guy to work with! He has a great personality and we always looked forward to seeing houses with him. read more

Brooks is a not a great agent...he is a AMAZING agent. The time and dedication he devoted to us was above and beyond while we sold and bought our new home. He answered and responded to our numerous texts and phone calls 24/7 and never was impatient with us. His customer service was impeccable throughout our experience. Which holds even more value when nothing seems to be going the direction you would like. We had issues that were complex with selling our old home due to the hero program, and even more complex issues buying our new home. At one point when all hope seemed lost and we were about to give up on a new home, brooks was able to keep a light shining at the end of a very dark tunnel. He was very positive and convinced us to keep looking and keep trying to find a new home. He also was able to procure new offers on our old home after we were unable to come to an agreement with the original buyers. On the flip side when we were outbid on multiple homes due to our constrained budget from other surprise expenses. He managed to find us a new lender that better understood our situation and found us an even better home within our new budget! It was a rollercoaster of an experience, but I can honestly say Brooks is an agent that cares and will guide you through every part of the process with an amazingly epic attitude. His customer service is comparable to none! No task is too small or too large for him. At one point he even took care of our dogs prior and after an open house while we were away and even arranged for a window to be fixed! We could not be happier with the outcomes of our realty experience! read more

From start to close, Brooks was available to help and made the process of buying a home fun, smooth and as stress free as possible. As a first time buyer I had many concerns which he addressed and always got back to me in a timely manner. Brooks knows Redlands better than most and will work hard to get you a great deal. Any future real estate transactions I may have in the area, and I will undoubtedly be giving brooks a call. Even after closing he is available to help and meet with his clients so that they feel like a priority, and their questions are answered. Brooks was a fantastic agent. I trusted him completely on a sale that he handled for me from across the country as the house was in California but I am in NY. He was dogged, accessible and transparent throughout the process. I told him what I would and wouldn't do to get the house sold in a difficult market. He listened to my needs and delivered. He seems like a nice family guy to boot. Highly recommended read more

We tried to make Brooks fail, not intentionally - but I'm sure he felt like we were constantly stacking the odds against him. My fiancé and I had meltdowns, we threw curveballs, we made decisions, and then immediately changed our minds more times than I can count - and the entire time Brooks remained calm, cool, collected - and most importantly - positive. We had a list of expectations longer than a CVS receipt - and a constantly shrinking budget due to our wedding and the sudden rise of interest rates - and Brooks stood steadfast, always telling us not to compromise on our dream home, even to the point of pointing out reasons we wouldn't like homes - even though he could have easily kept his mouth shut and closed the deal much earlier. He knew we wanted to live in South Redlands, but were compromising by considering other areas - and he would constantly bring us back to South Redlands and ask us to be patient - then we dropped the heavy news that if we weren't in escrow for a new home, with our old house ready to close escrow by the end of July - we were going to have to shut everything down until after the wedding so our funds weren't under so much scrutiny while my fiancé throws money at the wedding that we don't have. Never once did Brooks bat an eye at us, or get frustrated with us, or even seen nervous. He was completely confident that we would find a home, and we would be happy. And boy did he come through. We closed on our old house today, and our new home will close next week - and we couldn't be happier, and the best part is that through all of this we have gained a true friend, someone that cared more about our friendship than he did about making money, and there are no words to express how thankful we are for that. I'm not going to tell you how to live your life, but if you're looking for an agent, you will not regret going with Brooks. read more

I have known Brooks Bailey for years, I not only consider him a friend but an excellent realtor! After receiving the news my husband was being transferred out of state for work we needed to sell our home fast, and Brooks did just that! I thought being out of state would make the whole process harder than it should be, but Brooks made the entire transaction go as smooth as possible. He is quick to respond and ready to help. This is the second home Brooks has sold for us and if we ever move back to California we will without a doubt use Brooks Bailey! read more

I hired Brooks recently as my realtor and I have to say he is a true pro and also a really cool guy. He just gets stuff done, he's quick to text or call whenever I need him or have a question, he knows what he is doing and he knows everyone in town especially those involved in real estate which makes closing a breeze. He also knows a lot about the area and was very good at figuring out what I wanted and finding it for me. I probably could go on and on about Brooks but I will make it short. Brooks was recommended to us from a friend at first I was really hesitant only because he had already had a real estate agent but he didn't do his job. We ended up having to fire that agent and right when that happened I called Brooks. We met up at our house and that minute I knew he was the agent for us. Brooks is very knowledgeable and friendly but gets the job done. It didn't take long to sell our house the moment that Brooks put it on the market. During the whole process I felt very comfortable with Brooks and his staff. Brooks was always accessable and never left us wondering what was the next step. There was never a lose of communication with Brooks. We now consider Brooks one of the family. Brooks made our dream a reality. Brooks sold our house so we could follow our dreams as full time travelers. I am now sitting in our 40Ft 5th wheel that is being towed by a beautiful beast of a truck semi retired because of Brooks and his determination to make our dream a reality. Thank you so much for all your help Brooks. read more

The three traits that stand out in my mind when I think of Brooks Bailey, our real estate agent, are his honesty, integrity and responsiveness. He and his staff were highly motivated and helpful every step of the way. He sold our house above market value and negotiated below asking price on the property we bought. I'd say that's a win all around! I will certainly recommend him to anyone who is serious about buying or selling their home. read more
