He's harassed and embarrassed me for months by leaving unsolicited, UNSEALED envelopes with information about my mortgage on my front porch, with the word URGENT printed in bold. The only thing he's missing are flashing neon lights and loudspeakers blaring - look at me! See what's inside! I've already had unwanted eyes peering at Sotomayor's unwanted deliveries. Even worse is that calling him does NOTHING - I've called him and personal stated that he was to leave me alone but he's refused to do so. What is inside is even more disturbing - He makes it very clear that you home is being sold in foreclosure - when that is NOT true! His UNSEALED deliveries also contain information about your mortgage, personal information about your accounts, and letters in which he tries to make you believe that he's been a realtor for the past 10 years. It's very simple to check if that's true (it's not) by looking up his license on the California Department of Real Estate (DRE) site. The DRE site reveals that he obtained his FIRST real estate license just a little more than two years ago! He has NOT been a realtor for 10 years! In addition to the personal information he delivers, he also tries to steer his victims to "reputable companies" to "negotiate loan modifications." How many realtors do that? Most disturbing is that he refuses to use US Mail, places UNSEALED large envelopes on your property, and REFUSES to stop his harassment even when you call him and demand that he do so. I bet he has great swamp land to sell too.

Get ready to be treated nicely and receive communication from all management at the beginning of your lease but get ready to be fully neglected the longer you stay. They only want you for your rent money. 2. All agents are terrible at communication. Siurabe, Nelson, Kevin - the entire property as a whole. Get ready to send emails/phone calls/text messages and receive no response if you're in need of any type of assistance. 3. All of their properties are poorly made (construction) meaning you will be able to hear all of the residents residing around you way more than living a comfortable life. If you love hearing the toilet flush from your neighbor, perfect for you. 4. When maintenance is being done in another residents unit- get ready to NOT be notified that they are shutting the water down and who knows for how long. They won't answer if you call the office- as I've said, they only care if you pay your rent. Overall these apartments are incredibly terrible, communication deserves a -0000.1, I would grant this a negative star if it was an option instead of "1 star". Nobody move here if you desire to have peace, a comfortable living, if you want to be happy and not stress. You will be neglected. The most unprofessional management to exist.
