AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! Talk about incompetent! They do NOT…read morehave a Google entry. The seller of a place we were buying "chose" this real estate company (along with Clear View Escrow company, a subsidiary), that should've been our first warning (they were pieces-of-work). So, we wire our earnest money from our bank to their account as we do not live in the state and as THEY insisted. The seller's back out so we should get a refund for the earnest money deposited. They had a check "ready at the front desk with the receptionist"...i.e. they didn't even notice we were not in-state/nearby, let alone that we wire-transferred in the first place so they should do the same. They didn't even let us know it was ready until WE contacted them (thanks so much Sr. Escrow Officer Wendy Alfaro for such lackluster work). After we contact them, they claim they didn't have our information to contact us AND want to charge us $60.00 wire-fee. Eventually, they said they'd mail the check via FedEx Overnight...but we come to find out it was sent FedEx 2Day. If you find out that you're working with this company, let alone this Sr. Escrow Officer...good luck to you.

It's hard to imagine any realtor being better than Ciera Sims. She is LITERALLY the best!…read more She's honest, upfront, professional, intelligent, and simply the best in her craft. My husband and I had a budget and with ease she stuck to it. We had ideas on what we wanted for our first home and she made it happen! We were able to purchase our dream home because we had a hell of a realtor. She fought for us and was aggressive in getting us the best deal possible. We saved over $14k because of her genius. When she says she does this full time, she means it! I loved knowing that she continues to attend seminars and workshops to stay up to date with her craft. She loves what she does and it shows through her hard work and dedication to her clients. When our close of escrow date got closer, my husband and I found out she had been working with lots of other clients at the same time she was working with us. I was shocked because of how much time she spent answering our questions at all hours of the day. She made us feel like we were her "one and only" when really she's just naturally a crazy little worker bee. We are first time home buyers and after having her as our realtor I can easily say she is welcome in our home any time because she made this entire experience a dream come true. Studies show buying a home and moving is one of the most stressful times in people's lives. Ciera rises up against those statistics seemingly with ease. Having Ciera Sims as a realtor means having the best of the best PERIOD. #soldbysims

My experience with ADHI Schools was absolutely worth it! Although my journey took longer than I…read moreinitially expected due to my own circumstances, I can confidently say that choosing ADHI Schools was the right decision. The Zoom classes were incredibly helpful and extensive, covering the material in depth and making sure I had a solid understanding of what I needed to know for the real estate exam. The instructors and course materials made the learning process much more manageable, and I especially appreciated the textbooks and additional resources provided. They were genuinely useful when it came to reviewing concepts, reinforcing what I learned in class, and preparing for the exam. After putting in the time and effort, I finally passed my real estate exam on my very first attempt! I'm now in the process of obtaining my real estate license, and I'm grateful for the foundation ADHI Schools helped me build. If you're considering ADHI Schools for your real estate education, I'd definitely recommend them. Everyone's journey is different, and mine may have taken a little longer, but the education and resources were absolutely worth it. I'm excited to take the next step in my real estate career!

I asked for the program rules but Johanna and April said they can't share the rules with me. My wife found the rules in a PDF on their website. But they don't follow those rules. They asked my mother in law to authorize me as her spokeperson using a notary public letter, she did, but they disregarded her request. They tried to have my mother in law sign for testing services which they said were provided, but aren't required (per the program rules), nor were they performed. Their program rules says they should share the approved contractor list with the homeowner, but they refuse - if they did, one could work with the contractors directly. The contractors they select give quotes higher than market prices. They didn't like when I negotiated with the contractors, but they also don't negotiate. Negotiating is not forbidden in their program rules, which again, they don't follow. This NPHS program is very fishy and shady, and they're not following their own rules. Having someone sign for services not performed is ILLEGAL for both CA state and Federal funds. The City of Riverside should consider contracting with a more professional company to administer their program.

It was a complicated property, and we wanted a thorough evaluation and estimate of its value at the time of my brother's passing. Don Mowery spent 90 or more minutes on the property where he measured, walked, photographed and evaluated the premises. He was on time, completely professional and easy to speak with. Although comparisons were difficult, which we knew ahead of time, he found 7 properties that had changed hands in recent years and that had similarities with the property at hand. For each comp, he provided a lot of data and also photographs. For my late brother's land, he provided a ton of information plus satellite and other views of the property I had not found on public sources. Don completed his review by mid-December, meeting all our expectations and more.
