I'm convinced that Brenda Geraci is the best real estate agent in Covina! We were somewhat in a…read morebind. My mother's health was ailing, and we needed to get her into an assisted living home ASAP. To do so, we needed to sell her house. It was November (with December rapidly approaching), and time was of the essence. I researched the top agents in the Covina area. Narrowed it down to the top 3 and interviewed the top two over the course of two days. We chose Brenda based on her professionalism, warm demeanor, and market knowledge. We hired Brenda on a Monday, she had the photographer at my mom's house on Tuesday, listed her house on Wednesday, and we received our first offer on Friday. We allowed realtors/potential buyers to view her house over the weekend and accepted an offer on Monday. The craziest part about it was that Brenda's daughter was getting married that same Saturday we allowed agents/buyers in. She didn't skip a beat. It was miraculous! This was the first time I've ever sold a home, so I was very nervous. Though she had her own distractions in life, she didn't break stride. Brenda held my hand throughout the entire process and ensured my mom was taken care of as well (giving us referrals for movers, cleaners, etc.). If you're like me, over-researching realtors, STOP. Save yourself the time and go with Brenda!

It was my 3yr old toddler girl who found and greeted Talal first during an open house in an area we…read morewere interested in. It warmed my heart how he interacted with my baby girl and was proud to be a "girl dad". He was very informative and open about facts and costs regarding the area and stuck around to speak to me and my husband who had to take turns to view the open house since our baby boy was napping in the van. I loved how friendly and knowledgeable he was, and how he took interest in getting to know my family and details of our dream house. We were passively house-shopping by ourselves over the past year with no luck using just Zillow searches. Talal was proactive and followed up with answering our questions and meeting us again 2 months after the open house to familiarize what our criteria were and devise a realistic plan to get there. We had great communication and understanding of each other since we are all parents with specific time schedules which makes me appreciate him so much more when he became our realtor. He sent us several listings and refined each search while sharing his helpful comments. We knew our next dream house had to be an upgrade in space and quality from our current home we love so much still especially with how the market has become, the new home better be amazing and worth the bigger price tag than we're used to, I always tell my husband LOL. Then 3 more months later, Talal sent a listing that made me feel a whole body buzz like when we found our 1st home. My husband felt the same way and we all miraculously had no plans and were able to meetup with Talal and view it later that day. Again, he was so sweet to watch our baby boy who was napping in our van so my husband and I can view the home together. Of course, it was everything we wished for and within our budget, and surprisingly still on the market a week later it was listed. We made a reasonable offer with Talal's guidance and excellent rapport with the seller's agent. I love how Talal is so reassuring and was there for us through all the financial, technical, and transactional processes of making this very important decision turn into a reality. His diverse background has really shaped him for this kinda work! He advocated for us to negotiate safety inspections and work done and how to handle appraisal and loan discrepancies. He was a great team player with our financial advisor/lender and inspector we trusted and chose. Most importantly, Talal was a calm rock for us when we often felt out of our comfort zone, this is just what we needed in a realtor. He's such a great dependable family guy who is very trustworthy to work with, proactive and responsive, very knowledgeable about the OC area, and we would recommend him to everyone we know! Thank you Talal, for making our dream house come true. Our family (especially our kids) is so excited to be neighbors with Disneyland! We are so grateful that our baby girl found you for us!
