I don't even know where to begin. I called Katie in a complete panic. We had got a 60 day notice because owners of our previous home were selling. That week i was searching high n low for homes in places i didn't even want to go and rent was outrageous. I said screw it and found a lender and got a pre approval AND found a realtor all that week this realtor didn't ask me a thing about my family or showed any concern for me or my levels of stress. I was in tears, not only frustration but lack of knowledge and fear of following through with BUYING our first home. My husband and I decided to look for a non referral from friends and look through here ourselves(YELP). I wanted someone who was a hustler like me and someone to take some of the load of stress off my shoulders This is how I found Katie. I immediately called her and what a ray of light I got. She calmed me and actually asked ME about my family, about my needs, about my hopes and dreams. At the end of our long conversation she said "hey are you available tomorrow morning" I was thinking for what??? And she said I have 4 or so houses I'd love for you to see. One of those homes were EVERYTHING I've been looking for and more. So again all within a week and a half we were in escrow. The whole process was scary but Katie is extremely passionate and knowledgeable about what she does. She relieve a great deal of stress and put up with our newbie / amateur questions and concerns lol I HIGHLY RECOMMEND KATIE AARON ‍ read more

We were selling a house for the first time, and had many questions. We had also tried for several months with a different realtor with very poor results, and had decided to switch to Katie based on her Yelreviews. She was absolutely the right choice for us-and answered all our questions patiently and in detail, helping us sell our house within a couple of weeks. We also felt she had our back during the entire process-being very responsive, and even doing security checks on our property (as it was vacant). Absolutely recommend Katie Aaron! read more

Katie helped us by our home when the odds were stacked up against us. I'm really glad that she was on our side for the whole buying process. She had no problem giving us advice with questions we had after we bought the home, I really appreciate that. read more

Katie sold my father-in-law's home, which was stressful enough after he passed away. She explained all the paper work and helped us deal with the HOA office too. She found the right buyer and sold for more than what we were asking. We will always use her in the future! read more

This is the second time we have worked with Katie and both times have been wonderful experiences. She goes above and beyond to ensure the home buying and selling process is easy and effortless. She was always readily available for any questions or concerns we had when selling our home, even on her days off or when out town. There's no else we would rather work with when it comes to buying and selling our home than Katie. read more

Katie is a rare person. People like her just aren't made anymore. She's tough, patient, understanding, smart and an all around good person. Whether she's representing the seller or the buyer, she has your back from day one. Even after she's collected her Commission she will still be there for you. If there's a problem she finds a way to fix it. We just bought a home and Katie represented us. This home was not the smoothest sale, if it wasn't for her we would or not got this house and that would of hurt. read more

This review is LONG overdue!! Katie, you were amazing and we absolutely loved working with you. We still talk about how amazing you are! We are happily relocated to Texas thanks to your help and your referral here in Texas. We can't tell you how much we appreciated you taking on the sale of our home, with helping us get it all ready, and helping us through some difficult situations (like that one guy that backed out - he was such a weirdo!). It was an insane amount of work, a very stressful time for our family, and your extra over-the-top effort was both noted and highly appreciated. Working the sale of the home around our at-home business was a chore in and of itself. More than that, we felt like you were truly our friend through the entire ordeal. And not in that fake realtor way, but genuinely. Your real concern for our family and our situation was evident and, again, we just can't thank you enough. I don't know if you remember but I even reached out to you with questions about the purchase of our home here in Texas and you gave me your time and advice even then, even though our contract was ended in California. You truly are a gem and wonderful person. We thank God that you came our way during one the saddest but also most wonderful changes in our life, making it all bearable. Thank you so much for being you!!! read more

We were in the market for a home. We had tried several real estate agents & the ones that we tried were either unprofessional, unproven or wanna be real estate agents. While searching we came upon Katie & her team. Katie was more than what I had bargained for. She made this process easy. Talk about someone that was willing to go over & above & beyond. She answered every question immediately & the ones she didn't answer immediately her & her got back to us expeditiously with answers . Katie Aaron really listens to your needs when looking for a new home. We were actually considering a move to a nearby city for more square footage. After viewing some homes for sale, our lifestyle changed suddenly. Katie helped us to decide to stay in our current home and possibly look in the future. We appreciate her honesty since she had already invested time into us. She wasn't expecting a sale but the right place for our family. That says a lot about her character! She helped quite a few of our friends as well who speak highly of her. Katie is awesome! She made us feel that we were her only client. We just bought another house and we were a contingent sale. Katie priced our house to sell quickly and it sold by the end of our 1st open house. Fast forward.... Katie found us several houses that met our requirements. We finally found the right house. Katie handled everything and it was like we were on auto pilot. Katie was there every step of the process, including the escrow process. There was a small funding hiccup (not Katie's fault) by the buyers of our old house. Katie handled everything and put us at ease. A contingent sale, on top of a new house buy, is very very stressful and Katie makes it easy. We would have questions, sometimes late at night, and Katie would answers our calls and texts. Katie also uses digital signatures for paperwork, which is another big convenience. Overall, Katie did a great job and she made a very complicated process a lot less stressful. read more

Katie is awesome. She went out of her way on a holiday weekend to show me a property I was interested in. My schedule was very tight and Katie worked my schedule instead of fitting me into hers. Katie is an amazing realtor! We are first time home buyers and came at the whole process with limited knowledge. Not only was she patient in answering all of our questions but she was more than willing to go above and beyond to meet with us to show us homes and walk us through the step by step processes. She's very creative in her approach and very knowledgeable about home buying, offers, escrow, etc. Katie is extremely professional and was very honest throughout the whole process. She's not the pushy realtor that will try to get you into something you're not on board with just to make a commission. She's truly caring and would state her honest opinion (from a home buyers perspective) about the pros and cons of homes. This is something we truly treasured!! I would highly recommend Katie to anyone and everyone in the market to purchase or sell their home! Thanks again, Katie! :) read more

I knew when I reached out to Katie she was the right person for my mom. I live two states away and cannot be there to help my mom go through the process of selling a home for the first time. Katie was able to walk my mom through the process answer all the crazy and silly questions she had. My mom also lives in another state other than the house she was selling. With COVID and all the things happening Katie made it easy and simple to help my mom reach her ultimate goal and selling her home. It's hard to put trust in people especially for someone in my mom's age group. She still does things very old school. We are grateful for Katie and how simple she made things. Katie made an impression on my mom that she will never forget. Thank you Katie and your team for taking care of my mom. read more

Katie did a fantastic job selling our home! We listed right as the 2018 Holiday season approached and were concerned it was the wrong time of the year to sell easily, but Katie quickly found potential buyers and skillfully negotiated for us to get an excellent price. Along the way she patiently took time to share a wealth of selling and buying tips that will help us in future real estate transactions. True professional! I found Katie using Yelp Very courteous, very knowledgeable, and very persistent. Katie is a very knowledgeable Real Estate Agent, she was always available when I called her. She was our listing agent. We started out as a Short Sale and as time went on Katie fought for a higher sales price making us a regular sale. We expected to gain nothing from the sale but instead we now had equity and received an unexpected check at closing. I would definitely recommend Katie as your Realtor. read more

Katie was so great during our home search and purchase. She is very knowledgeable and really great to work with. She is always very responsive when we have questions and always made time for us when we were searching for our home. I will never go to any realtor other than Katie. She is not only pleasant to work with, which is a quality rare in itself, but she is an absolute professional. Katie is trustworthy, reliable, and exceeds expectations. She was always available for me and my many questions, and she gave honest and objective recommendations. Not only is she an efficient problem solver, but, more importantly, she is creative in her solutions. I can tell she enjoys her work, and because of this she went above and beyond to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. As first time home buyers, we needed someone to show us the ropes. Katie was recommended to us, so we gave her a shot. From the moment we met her, we knew we were in good hands. Hands down, the best Realtor around, and the most amazing experience as new home buyers. Don't waste your time with anyone else. KATIE ROCKS!!!! read more

Long over-due review here, but, Katie deserves 5-stars! She is the squeaky wheel that will make sure you get the oil. Seriously, she will work hard for you and answer all of your questions no matter how late you text her. I was a first time home buyer and she made sure all my questions were answered. I like doing quick business and Katie accommodated to my style quickly. I fell in love with two homes and almost bought the first, but it wasn't for me. The second home already had an offer accepted but Katie kept on top of the seller (squeaky wheel) even after we were looking at other homes. Long story short, their offer fell out and we were able to come in, and, in a pinch we got the home for $15k below asking! Thanks Katie, I love my home! read more
