Express glass recently replaced the entire dual pane unit in my 8 foot patio slider. The job was completed with outstanding workmanship and at a very competitive cost. I highly recommend Express glass and will use Express for all future glass work. read more

Express glass recently replaced my glass shower surround, which consisted of only 2 partitions and door. My glass shattered for no apparent reason, I could not determine why since no one was in the bathroom shower at the time. Instead of replacing the one panel that shattered, I had them replace the whole thing. It took a couple of weeks to get the shower surround installed. They did a good job, but I discovered a couple of gouges and scratches on the shower stall. Its all cosmetic considering the cheap material the building contractor but in this tract house. Would I contact them again, of course. read more

Very poor customer service. This company helped check our windows that weren't leveled and couldn't provide a report or get back to me without me calling many times and sending several messages. Very frustrating and annoying. If you're looking for a responsive and client focused team to help you, this company is definitely not it... read more

I hired Express Glass and Window to fix a broken window at my elderly father's house. They came to the house, fixed the window frame, and put in new glass within a couple hours. Their pricing was fair and they even hauled away the broken glass. read more

Completely awful. Don't know how he is at glass and windows but his customer service is atrocious. Twice he set one hour appointment times to visit my house for window repair and twice he didn't show at all, didn't call, didn't text, no response whatsoever. When I reluctantly, and apparently stupidly, called after the first missed appointment, he didn't apologize, just said that it must have been a missed appointment. My decision to give him a second chance just resulted in the same frustrating result, waiting at home for someone who clearly never valued my time or interest in his business in the first place. read more

Broke a window while weeding the backyard. Called Express and they had it fixed before the big storm hit again. Thank you for taking care of us , I will definitely be recommending Express Glass. read more

They did not come out on time, nor did he call to say I am late. The job he did was adequate, but he overcharged a lot for the job. I do not fuss about what a man thinks he is worth. He ran caulking around the sliding glass door exterior one bedroom window and 3/4 line around a bathroom window and a small seem around a kitchen window. I would not use him again nor would I recommend him to anyone. read more

I wanted a new shower door installed so contacted by phone and followed up with email photos and measurements. This company was suggested to me, but they dont keep appointments, return messages or reply to texts....they are very unprofessional.

Called to get a door fixed with new glass and John came the next day to do an estimate. Great pricing and very friendly. John's team did a great job putting up the glass on my door and I was quite happy with the results. Would use again for any of other glass repairs that come up. Thanks again for the job well done! read more

We recently purchased a new house towards the end of the summer season. Before the weather cooled off too much, we wanted to install new windows to improve our home's insulation. It was a pretty large job -- at least 15 windows needed to be replaced. We reached out to Express Glass and connected with John. He was prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to ask questions and really understand what our needs were. Then, he guided us through different options. In the end, we decided to go with vinyl retrofits. Because we wanted the installation done quickly, John helped us find a local manufacturer of high-quality windows and the timeline was very fast after placing our order. The installation crew was fast, friendly, and professional. John and team completed the installation in one day. We are very happy with John's service and the quality of the windows. For all of our future window and glass needs, John will be our first call! read more

They were awesome. Came out and diagnosed my problem and was able to fix same day. Very fair price. Will use again!!

I got a quote to replace a cracked window pane over the phone. They came out the next day and got it done. Great work.

John installed 11 retrofit windows at a better cost than Lowes and with higher quality windows. 6 months later I noticed some water on the inside sill of one of the windows while it was raining. I called John and he was at my house in 30 minutes. Turned out the leak was from a crack in the stucco of the siding and had nothing to do with the window John installed. John spent 1.5 hours at my house caulking the crack and fixing other cracks on the siding...for free. He wouldn't take any money. Stand up guy. Quality work. Best prices. Two thumbs up. Thanks John! read more

Just had a great experience with Express Glass & Screens. I just needed a screen repaired that my cats had torn. John arrived on time and very professional. He fixed my screen in literally 5 minutes and it was like brand new! I then asked him to do a special favor and install a screen door for me. He gave me a fair price and helped me with that task as well. Next time, I am going to have him repair a leaking seal around my shower glass enclosure. I highly recommend Express Glass & Screens. read more

John did an amazing job with the glass coverings for my furniture. He came out to the house and throughly measured each piece and took the time to answer my questions. I had a sliding door screen that needed to be re-screened. I tried taking the screen off myself but the screws were highly corroded and wouldn't budge. I called every mobile screen repair company in Ventura County and John is the only one who said he would come out to Faria Beach. John not only got screen door off quickly and re-screened it, I had another window screen that had a broken corner and was so corroded I would have put it in the trash. John replaced the corner piece and re-screened that one too. I was very impressed with John's professional abilities and overall great service. He will always be my first and only one I call from now on for all my screen and window needs. He receives the highest possible recommendation from me. read more

John did two shower doors at our house. There is a dividing line between the shower and the rest of the bathroom. John missed the line by about 3 inches. So in other words, the shower door was installed so that the shower tile is now outside of the shower and into the bathroom. I brought my contractor in to take a look. He looked at it and shook his head. There is nothing that we could do now other than rip the shower apart. This is one of the most incompetent things I have seen in a long time. We;re stuck with his mistake. He also installed a bathtub door. It is flimsy and shakes when closing and opening. He did come back but there isn't anything that he could do, according to him. read more
