It was later in their workday, and I had left a message. Someone called back a few minutes later, but the guy who could quote my specifications had just left, so I went over the information again with the person I was talking to, and was told I'd be called back with the quote. They never called. Fast forward to the present, when I resumed my tabletop search. I called and left a message mid-morning Wednesday last week. Just to be sure someone hadn't forgotten to check messages, I called again in the afternoon... nothing. I finally got a call back TODAY; Monday. I went through another place, and had everything taken care of and the glass was picked up and on my table on Saturday. If this is how you guys deal with someone trying to give you an easy sale, I'll go to someplace a little more attentive to (potential) customers.
