I recently had the window in my garage door replaced by Center Glass, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the initial phone call to the completion of the installation, their team was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. The technician arrived on time, completed the replacement efficiently, and made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving. The new glass looks great and matches the garage door perfectly. The quality of the workmanship was excellent, and the pricing was fair and reasonable. I appreciate the friendly customer service and attention to detail throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Center Glass to anyone needing glass replacement or repair services and would gladly use them again. read more

We needed new tub enclosures (2), and new mirrors (2) in both bathrooms in our new condo. We were given 2 referrals from our tile guys and called both on the same day. The first company, which will remain unnamed , said they may be able to fit me in for a quote in a week or so. I passed. Center Glass, who I called second, had a tech out in 2 days for an estimate and measurements. 2 1/2 weeks later my install was done. Quickly, efficiently, professionally, and at a very reasonable price. We could not be happier with the end result which is why we give 5 stars. Great job guys! read more

My daughter sent a soccer ball through the window. Super quick and very friendly. I'd definitely use them again.

Went in there on a whim looking for a shower door bottom track replacement. They had it! Turns out it was leftover in the warehouse. A super helpful man measured and cut me a perfect size section, even layed the gasket seal. I was ready to settle up and pay the man, who I believe was the owner, when he said it was on the house...that it was just laying around so no worries. I paused, kinda stunned by his generosity, then thanked him profusely, making sure to say that this kind of solid was a rarity in today's communities. So yeah, thank you Center Glass. You are the real deal. read more

Center glass installed a new shower door in my home a few years ago. A good job was done. Both guys were friendly, courteous and professional. Present time- the door started making a noise in the hinge movement. I called Center last Wednesday & the guys came out Friday. The noisy hinge was fixed & a new sweeper piece installed. Good job! All done under warranty. read more

I contacted two companies. The first talked to all kinds of options and failed to send a quote, even after I sent follow-up request. The second shop came out and could not figure out how to replace the windows (custom bay windows), then said he can't do second story replacements when I showed him a company who makes them. I called center. They came out, as scheduled, and one exactly what was needed. He told me I would get a call with the quote, and warned me the delivery could take to to two months. I was called the next day with the quote and the installation done in 6 weeks. I will use them the next time I need windows. read more

Their hours say they are open until 5:00pm. I got there at 4:30 and the door was locked.

I wanted a new shower door and sent a request to website on 4/29 and got an email from Michelle. I replied with photos and measurements. Sent a follow up email 5/7 and Michelle replied that yes, they could do the work and would get me a quote and come to measure. I never heard any more. I had their competitor in Santa Paula install the door as he followed through after same contacts and requests. read more

I've never ordered glass replacement for our Dutch Doors...when I ordered them nobody in their company ever mentioned that you can order the tempered glass with a logo on the corner or not depending on your preferences. I would never think to ask if they came with logo or not. And of course instead of asking me they just ordered whatever and it's not even the same so it's not uniformed! The glass for my front doors have the logo and the ones for my side doors are not on. It wouldn't be too bad now the front is noticeable with this logo. I'm very disappointed. read more

We remodeled our guest bath and had Center Glass design, fab and install our shower stall. They were very helpful with suggestions. Unfortunately, the hardware we picked was back ordered so we had to wait a few months for installation. Rick and Jess were great at install and patient with me on another project - (an entrance mirror design). read more

Just had Center Glass replace 2 shower enclosures. What a great experience! I was dealing with a different company who shall remain nameless, but it took over 4 weeks to get a an estimate, just ridiculous! Center Glass was literally under 2 weeks from start to finish. I called for a free estimate and they were able to get there guys out in 2 days. The estimate came back on a Monday and I gave the green light to order both enclosures. I was told it could take up to 2 weeks to get the materials, but I was lucky and it only took a week. They were able to come 2 days after that to install! Everyone was INCREDIBLY Nice and professional. The enclosures look amazing and I couldn't be happier. On a side note the other company finally called me back and their estimate was $400 more. So please save yourself time and money and call Center Glass, you will not be disappointed. read more

This company replaced one panel in a door, it was about 8x10. The glass had previously been cut for the pane by the same company. I don't remember how much it was, but to put the small pane of glass in I was charged $85. I feel this is exorbitant. I probably will not use this company again read more

Beautiful work, delivered when promised and helped me to my car with my pieces. Thank you!

I have used Center Glass twice and both times have been flawless. One time was to replace the glass in my Milgard windows that had gone foggy and were out of warranty, and the other was to replace a large bay window that had cracked. They are fast, lovely to work with, and the price was great! read more

The Center Glass 'A Team' just finished the enclosure for my 2nd shower. Perfect, just what I wanted, beautiful! #1 was just a rectangle of glass but #2 was a challenge: small area, small shower. Both installations were accomplished efficiently and THEY PICK UP AFTER THEMSELVES. Highly recommended. Prices very competitive. read more

Great service! They came out quickly to measure for custom shower glass. Provided quote by email and invited us to their Ventura show room to view samples to envision what it would look like. Installed on schedule and put in extra effort when part was missing to finish same day. Installers wore masks in our home which we very much appreciated! All very professional and helpful! read more

I am expirencing one of the biggest devistations of my life after i just left 'center glass' buisness in ventura. I inherited two art decco mirrors from my grandmother after she passed away. Each mirror unique and rare truley one of a kind. A hand mirror of a bronze woman, and the second a round mirrior with a curved mirror shelf.... after someone suggested and whom i respected there opinion and referel i trusted this buisness to replace mirror glass on each item and that i would pick them up as a happy satisfied customer. Not the case. I was told by there receptionist "because i left the items there "too long" that my family herlooms were disposed of." That they had gotten rid of them. I am shocked! I AM BEYOND HEARTBROKEN. I never recieved one phone call or email notifying me to pick up these items. They were worth a fourtone, so why didnt they just keep them in the display room of the buisness?! Its unbelivible that anybody would dispose of collectibles from the roaring 20s! I will never ever do buisness with center glass and will make sure to share my story to anyone who asks if they are a decent buisness referal. Im speachless and at a loss of words after realizing how foolish i was to trust such a buisness with no integrity or basis of trust of valuables. Very dissatisfied customer to say the least. DO NOT TRUST IN THIS BUISNESS FOR ANY REASON. read more

I asked them to cut a small pane of glass for me. It took 3 days which was kind of frustrating, but they did do a good job.

They installed a shower enclosure. After several weeks the heavy glass door fell off together with an attached granite section. The reason was the screws was to short and never reached to wood. They refused to come back and reattach the door and simply left the job without a door. read more
