Adam, Larry, Rudy, Gabe, and Hunter were the team that installed our new front window. It's a 15 foot high window so this was no small task. They showed up on time and were very professional. I've come here twice now and both times they did a great job. The first time was to cut a mirror and they did it immediately, while checking with me when they had a question. The second time was for glass for cabinet doors. They had plenty of choices available for the glass, made some recommendations as to thickness, and did a wonderful job quickly. We are very pleased with the result. I'm already planning my next project: replacing a double pane window that has a leak between the panes, and they've instructed me on how to get it out of the frame to bring in. We ordered this door last August. We were told it would arrive in 6 weeks. The door was finally installed on 12/22/25. No one EVER called to update us, and when WE called, we were always told nobody knew anything and that our salesman would call, He never did. Nor did anyone EVER apologize for the delay, which held up our renovation. When the door finally arrived, they realized (only because we'd thought to ask about it) that they'd neglected to order the hardware. But when they DID order it, they only ordered half of what was supposed to come with it: a "speakeasy" peephole, a lock, and decorative clavos. More of the speakeasy kit is being delivered today. On the plus side, someone just called to sort some this out, and we are feeling more satisfied now. She was very nice! The installers were very professional, careful, and took their time with the installation. I find it unfortunate, however, that it took this negative review to illicit someone at Quality Door and Window's attention. read more

We walked into the show room in Ventura to inquire about three bathroom windows. John walked us through our options, he was so helpful and he started the process of getting our windows ordered. The gentleman that came out to measure the windows was so professional and thorough. Once the windows were in and ready to be installed, a time was set up and the two gentlemen that came to put the windows in were so nice, obviously knew what they were doing. They were careful and so clean. The job was completed so quickly and we love the windows and the job that they did. 03-27-24 Updated To Earlier Review Our pocket door is complete. The install was on-time and the installers were very professional. Including, taking the time to reduce dust and put down floor protection. Also, they were were able to match the door casing to the baseboards perfecly. Maham worked tirelessly over the last couple of months to ensure that the project was finished to our satisfaction. Based on her excellent performance, we have since purchased mirrors and are now working on getting a quote to upgrade the front door. Had Quality do a couple of jobs at our house and they always did a real good job. We had a issue with one of our shower doors and they fixed it right away and we haven't had a problem since. One note though, I bought some parts for some other windows there that were pretty expensive. I later found the same parts online and found them way cheaper so I would look for parts somewhere else first before buying there. Besides that I would definitely recommend their services. read more

no quality here. i wanted to replace 1 window for a beach house at oxnard shores. they came out and our property management company let the young man in to measure. he said, we can replace that window and gave us, what it would cost. sounded good, so i said, ok. months later, i still hadn't seen the replacement window. when i did finally see it, i was flabbergasted....i thought this must be a joke. the replacement window looked like it belonged in a submarine. when i complained, the boss came out and i told me that to get the windows i wanted, they would have to cut away stucco. no one told us that, before they put in the 1 window. so, he said he could do 7 windows, for about 19,000 dollars, but no stucco or paint, and that i was getting a great deal. that was total bs. i spoke to my property management company and they recommended r&s construction. they gave me a quote, less than this terrible company and their bid included better windows and all the stucco and paint, to finish the job, was included. i advice you to never call these guys, but if you do ever get a quote from them, get a 2nd bid. i am 70 and like to work with people that i trust. i have zero trust for these guys. go elsewhere..... you'll thank me, later. read more

I recently had a door installed with Quality Windows and Doors. Maham at the Ventura store, and Larry the installer, are both STELLER! We needed something changed, and we were asked to speak to Maham and she was immediately "can do", and from the get-go, wanted to find a solution right away. She handled the situation with calm, and confidence, and that is a really great quality when you are trying to solve a situation. She was very thorough, and figured out a solution. She wanted to make sure she had the best guy on the job, and sent Larry, who is fantastic, and knows his stuff! Larry does not cut corners, and uses so much integrity in his work! I walked into this business because I was in need of an entrance door, everything went well until it was time to get the door. At first they said it would take 4 to 6 weeks to get the door well the 4 weeks passed by, I called to get info, I got nowhere they kept saying someone will call you back it never happened I was the one calling just to get a message with "someone will call you back" I decided to go in person it was until then when I started to get updates however they said the door was going to be ready in May that it was a delay because the manufacture didn't have the glass well I received an email stating that the door won't be ready until June and who knows because they day is not a true day is an estimation. We started this back in February. I am very disappointed with this company I had many other project and I was going to have them help however now I need to go back to Lowes.!! oh and now I am dealing with getting my money back.!!! read more
