Where do I even begin with how satisfied we are with Brian and his crew at Pure View Windows and Door. We have been putting off installing new windows because we were concerned with the size of our very large custom windows and getting them installed correctly. Well that was not of concern because Brian is meticulous and knows what he's doing. He took the time to explain what was going on and he listened to any of our concerns and he kept us posted on what they were doing. They showed up on time and as scheduled. Brian and his crew are genuinely kind, polite and professional. Something we don't always experience with contractors unfortunately. They installed the Milgard windows and French door in a timely matter and on schedule. They cleaned up there mess and double checked there work and we couldn't be more satisfied. What a breath of fresh air. If you are in the market for installing new windows or doors in your home or business do yourself a favor and get Pure View to install them. Fantastic independent window business!!! Best rates on both windows and installation! Top notch workmanship, friendliness and punctuality. We have a unique situation in that we needed some new construction to turn a window into a sliding door, add two windows to where there was a wall, and close up a window. These in addition to replacing six other windows. (We had those awful single pane old aluminum ones and now have stunning casements and lovely sliding windows). Brian's knowledge of being a general contractor was an invaluable skill set. He took his time and installed high quality trim. He replaced outside board and batton that matches perfectly to our existing exterior. He brought on board a wonderful electrician. NICE windows, GREAT work, and AWESOME price! Brian and his crew(Kevin and Wyatt) have pride in their work. After buying our house three years ago, windows were high on our list to get done. Other projects had priority or were just more affordable. We've gotten quotes throughout the years and Pure View blew them out of the water. We had some windows that needed to be a different size due to privacy or meeting egress so we needed new framing, drywall and stucco work to be done on top of just replacing the windows. Other companies were charging more just to replace the windows. Dayle made the process of ordering and scheduling very easy and contact was never a problem. There was some confusion on scheduling but it was more my fault than anything. I highly recommend this company and can't wait to call them again when we decide to do our doors. read more

Awesome service. One of them was a big one and required the guys to "lift" an old wooden atrium to get the new window in. They came up with an excellent solution and the window is fabulous. Had 4 windows installed in one day. Knowledgeable, courteous, hardworking. I could go on and on. We chose Pure View owned by Brian & Dale over two other companies. Being a retired small family business; we wanted to support them especially because they let you know they want your satisfaction. Their estimate to replace 9 windows and a slider, our whole house, was $2500. less than the other bids using the same windows. Brian and Wyatt work well together they arrived when they said, cleaned up before they stopped for the day. Brian was careful to explain how the windows go in and the next steps to finish them. I had Brian come out to give me and est to replace a picture window at the end hall into a casement window. Pricing was absolutely reasonable and worth every penny. Replacing the window allowed for the house to cool down MUCH faster since it helped create more if a cross breeze We have 4 more windows we are looking to get done and am looking forward to having Brian and Pure View take care of them! I had a dual pane window broken by a softball, as well as two other windows with interior staining. I was looking to get all three of the dual pane window's glass replaced. So I shopped around and found Pure View to be a reputable company worthy of consulting.. Dayle was friendly and scheduled Brain to come measure in a timely manner. Everything was going fine until she wasn't able to give me a total project cost out the door. She supplied a materials cost, but couldn't give me an installed cost. Strange. They're Milgard windows and the installer Brian seemed very knowledgeable. I called back a few days later and she said she would get a hold of Brian and get back to me asap with a cost. A few more days go by and I call back to no answer. I call back again the next day and still no answer. I would expect to be ghosted if I was rude, but that was not the case. I was drawn to them by the great reviews. Initially there was an issue with an appointment they missed for an estimate to be done. They came out on a rescheduled appointment. From there they totally flaked out. Left messages without prompt responses. Was told some paperwork had been lost. When I tried to follow up a few times they ultimately never called me back. I stopped calling them, they never called again. I went another vendor who did great work. They seemed like nice folks. Maybe they just had a bad month? read more

I don't know what to say. I had Brian out to measure all the windows in our six unit apartment building. He was very knowledgeable about our needs and Ventura code. He said we would receive our estimate within a couple days. After four days I reached Dayle in the office. She was very apologetic because she had been on a little trip but promised that I would receive the estimate before weeks end. The following week I still had not received the estimate so I sent a request through their website. I left a voice message with Dayle in the sales department. I left another message for Dayle in the sales department. As my frustration was building I decided to push customer service (" Dayle") no answer. I called back and pressed for the operator ("Dayle") no answer. At this point I cut my losses and I left message not to bother with the estimate. Because if I can't reach the company for over a week I didn't feel confident in the customer service I would receive in the future. read more

Called various businesses for quotes on new windows and doors for a residence. Dayle was super responsive to emails and online requests. Brian the installer who came to give us the quote was a hard working guy. No frills, no outside sales type. Took the measurements at 530 pm. Promised a quote in 24 hours. Had a nice, easy to understand quote the next morning at 10ish. Priced competitively but willing to go the extra mile on installation dates and times. Pure View is the third company I've worked with over the years and I have to say I wish they had been my first and only. The experience I had far exceeds all the others. In my current home I had the top floor windows installed by a company in Camarillo. I was never really excited about working with them but the price was right and they did the job as promised. When it came time to get the first floor done I shopped around again and it didn't take me long to find Pure View and know it was the right fit. They were responsive, the prices were competitive and when I read other yelp reviews I felt good about picking a local small business. When Brian came to do the measurements I was sold.
