We looked up someone to fix our screens and found this company on Yelp & we're glad we did! Elias showed up and went right to work. He tightened up our bedroom screen, replaced the screen in the dining room and kitchen as well as the screen on our garage door. He knocked out all this within an hour and a half and for decent price. If you need a screen or screens replaced, don't hesitate to call Elias! Update to my review: Our dog decided to make a hole in our newly repaired screen. So we had to call Elias back out. I met Elias, Tony, and Steven at the Latino Business Expo at the Fairgrounds. The retractable screen door they had for demo appeared to be of excellent quality. After researching all options for a retractable screen door, I found out that they get their doors from R. Lang located in San Joaquin Valley. I prefer shopping from local manufacturers if possible as opposed to possibly imported products from the big box stores. Elias convinced me that he has had to replace big box doors installed DIY. The quote was very fair for the quality as I saw it and the promise of excellent installation. They called and asked if they could come early due to a cancellation. They brought the makings in three different colors and helped us decide which color would look best. The installation and the functioning of the door are both excellent and they stayed to help us glue together an existing split in the doorframe. Especially nice guys. This business was the only business I called because of their excellent ratings. They were able to come out soon after I contacted them. They were friendly and replaced my screens quickly. They even recommended that one of my screens did not need replacing, so they just cleaned it up. In addition, I thought that same window had problems because I could never close it. The slider side was on backwards. Duh! They happily fixed it, and now I can save on another repair I thought I'd have to make. Called Cool Air for an estimate and was told by Elias over the phone that it is a flat rate depending on if my screens needed to be repaired or also frames replaced. Also same for a new screen door. Installation and tax included in price. Made an appt for about 7 days later. Elias gave me an estimate on screen repairs and replacement based on what he could see from the outside (I have two story house). It all took about 4-5 hours for 20 screens and the door. The total screen frame replacement was less than originally estimated as I knew several frames were bent or broken. I purposely didn't write a review until I saw how things were after the install. A few days later my wife said the screen door was sticking and making noise. Told her I would call Cool Air to come back and take a look. She had to remind me to call a couple of weeks later which I did and Elias came out about 30 minutes later as he had an opening. He fixed the sticking and noise and now it works great and is a much heavier duty screen door than I had before. My old door had same sticking problem and often came off rails. I'm glad I waited to write a review since not only was Cool Air's initial service great but their follow up service was fantastic !! From my personal experience, I would recommend Cool Air to anyone looking for mobile screen service. They did a fantastic job !! read more
