The food is always good, fresh, and satisfying, and it's a nice casual place to grab breakfast or brunch. The service is great ! My only complaint is the flies! There always seem to be quite a few flying around, and sometimes you feel like you have to fight them for your food. LOL! I really wish they could find a way to get that under control because it definitely takes away from the dining experience. Other than that, we enjoy coming here. Good food, good brunch spot, and clearly we like it because we keep coming back!

This place is phenomenal and seriously one of the best breakfast places in all of Idaho. I hesitate to say that because there can definitely be a wait because of its popularity, but facts are facts. My wife and I went to Moe Joe's for breakfast recently and man was it good. I ordered the chicken fried steak and was stunned at the amount of food. Where to start. The steak was incredibly tender and enormous. The homemade biscuit was flaky and perfectly baked. The sausage gravy was meaty and flavorful. And the crispy hashbrowns seemed to cover half the plate. Then there are the house-made jellies. Who does that and how can I get more! The service was prompt and friendly with a great wait staff that made everything easy. The vibe of the restaurant is "friendly neighborhood spot" and feels like home. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. These folks know how to do breakfast right and I cannot wait to go back.

We love supporting locally owned businesses throughout the Treasure Valley. We were alarmed when we saw an SUV weaving way too fast through the cars in the parking lot and then quickly grabbing front-row parking. It was the male owner!!! People get in and out of their cars in this small parking lot; on top of that, he unloaded two tiny children, one of them an infant. We're very uncomfortable. I can't imagine we'll be back.

Both the steak and the burger meat were cooked to absolute perfection (a true medium rare). The lettuce and veggies in the salad were incredibly fresh and crisp, and it was tossed in a delicious, Greek-style dressing that complimented the dish perfectly. My husbands burger was topped with a cheesy fried tatertot and his onion rings were perfectly finished; the batter didnt slip off when taking a bite. I think the price was very fair for this filling luch. Our server, Sara, was wonderful--attentive, friendly, and great at her job. Highly recommend!

The wait staff tucked us in a corner and it felt like they forgot about us for the most part. We were asked how things were when we ordered or food was delivered to the table. The next time we saw them was for the bill. Sadly we won't be back.

This proved to be the best breakfast experience we've had in years. Before you question this - we'll start with the service. Our server was cheerful, knowledgeable and just a pleasure to speak with. She listened to my friend, who wanted a fancy coffee, and made him a s'mores coffee that wasn't too sweet but very flavorful. My friend ordered an omelette, which was outstanding on its own. But it didn't come close to being on the same level as the breakfast enchiladas. The red sauce was flavorful and paired so well with the cheese and egg filling. And the hash browns are coarsely grated fresh potatoes with the perfect crust. Honestly, I was a little sad when the meal was over. I'm sure everything on the menu is great - but do yourself a favor and get the breakfast enchiladas. You will not be disappointed. It's probably a good thing we don't live nearby - or I'd need a gym membership because I'd be eating here at least 3x a week.

I'd call ahead and get your name on the list as it's quite popular and lots of people eat here. So, we had a group of four. The chicken fried steak was very good with gravy and huge portion. Good luck finishing it. I had corned beef hash unlike any I've ever had. The corned beef as in thin strips with no fat and all taste and fresh. The pancake will most assuredly will be the biggest you've ever seen. It's fluffy and done just right! We went on a Friday. It appeared the place had more tables available around the lunch hour. The wait staff was serving us throughout meal. Checking in regularly. Topping off the coffee and asking about our meal. Next time we visit will try their lunch. Not very often where you eat somewhere and don't find something that falls short or disappoints you. Well nothing but KUDOS! For this place. Also, I noted a party of 18 nearby and they were all served and monitored throughout their meal. Give it a try. This is best corned beef I've ever had

Joe Momma's is a go to and we typically love it. Service is friendly, prices are ok and the food is…read moregood. (I mean, some of it is greasy and the syrup is gloopy and a bit nasty-- it's better if it's warm-- but overall the food is good). So before I tell you the BIG issue at Joe Momma's, let me first set the scene. JM's looks like a misty mountain cabin come to life. River rock and pinecone and foliage lanterns greet you as you walk up ... log walls and a massive stone fireplace whisper of times gone by as you enter, and hens adorn the dark wood walls. You could easily picture the Fellowship of the Ring sitting in a booth across from you. It's truly charming. So what's the problem with Joe Momma's? The music! It's AWFUL and completely bizarre given the atmosphere of the restaurant. But hey, if blasted mid-2000's Rihanna and Katy Perry songs on a loop (we counted more than 4) is your idea of a good time at 8:30am on a Saturday morning in a log cabin, then you'll love it. I have a feeling Samwise and Frodo would not though and neither did we. The music is loud, very loud. And sounds more like an LA radio station playing Pop's Top Hits from 19 years ago. Which would be okay, I guess, if the energy of the restaurant matched it-- you know, modern architecture, crisp lines, sleek furniture and color design-- think Snooze in Scottsdale, Az which is basically a breakfast night club. But alas, Joe Momma's is beloved because of the misty mountain feel. The upscale Cracker Barrel vibe. The charming, rustic beauty. And the abrasive, bad pop music ruins the whole thing. It's is truly so freaking weird! Maybe they could keep the Pop for the lunch rush, but PLEASE Joe Momma's, for the love of Frodo, leave breakfast alone and come up with a playlist that matches your beloved establishment!!

This Griddle is located at McMillan and 10 Mile, in the same shopping center as The Broken Yolk. Tucked in the corner, it has lots of windows, providing a nice view of trees and grass from the inside. There is also an outdoor patio that looked inviting. The inside is much the same as the other locations. High ceiling, a mixture of booths around the perimeter and tables on the main floor. There is counter seating as well. I'm not sure about the other locations, but this Griddle has the sound dampener squares in the ceiling that, in my opinion, probably keep the noise level down and make it easier to talk. This morning, Thursday, it was seat yourself. We chose a booth toward the back. Our server, Valeria, was excellent. She kept our water glasses filled and a warm up of my coffee before it got below 3/4. She was nice and attentive. A great server. My wife had eggs, hashbrowns, sausage, and toast. I had the Veggie Lovers omelet, hashbrowns, and toast. My wife enjoyed her entree, and I tried the maple sausage and it was tasty. We both ordered our hashbrowns crispy, and the top was nice and brown. My omelet was just OK for me. a few artichoke hearts on top, with spinach, mushrooms, onions, and tomatoes inside. The onions were chopped into fairly large chunks, which I don't really care for. I felt it lacked flavor, despite me salting it, twice, and putting salsa on top (not spicy). They give you one piece of toast, which I actually like, because I don't need to eat too much bread. I don't think I'd order that omelet again. All in all, my first visit to this Griddle was very nice and we will certainly be back.

I'm not really in favor of having to give your cell phone number to feed into their app so you know when your table is ready, but there you have it. The inside is pretty cool if you are into that "converted warehouse" feel of exposed beam crossed with a country kitchen feel. Tables aren't crammed together, definitely a sense of space. There are booth options as well. And as I prefer, no TVs. There were 2 groups of 14 that were served during our visit, so they can definitely accommodate larger parties. Our server rarely checked in, took 10 minutes to refill coffee after we requested a top off (she forgot), and never ended up refilling out water. The coffee we did get was good though. As always, I'm a hollandaise connoisseur as the foundation for perfect Benedict - my go to breakfast item. So I asked for a sample before I ordered, and I'm glad I did. The Griddle's hollandaise was curious. It was clearly about 25-50% powdered mix (which tastes like nasty beef gravy) with the balance being added clarified butter and a very strong dose of lemon. It was marginal, but good enough. So, I went with the crab cake Benedict. The crab cakes were a bit "fishy," so the strong lemon flavor was a plus. After flagging down our server, I requested a new poached egg as one of them arrived hard boiled. (I want runny yolks as hard boiled are too chalky for my taste.) The replacement egg was delivered very quickly. My guest had the banana Texas french toast special with added bacon and scrambled eggs. Bacon was nice and thick, nicely cooked. Scrambled eggs are pretty much just that. The french toast did have great body to it, but I'm not a huge banana fan. Still enjoyed it though. I would consider this an option for a revisit.
