New Used Expedia Moving to take some furniture and boxes and a peleton bike from NYC, Manhattan out to Bucks County in Pennsylvania. I have to say it was the best moving experience I've ever had!!! They took the bike apart and wrapped it it in bubble wrap and moving blankets and they did the same with the furniture totally professional. Dealing with Nick was an absolute pleasure he was on top of every detail and couldn't have been more accommodating to any concerns we had. The moving guys themselves were super nice and as I mentioned very professional. Everything arrived in perfect condition, they put the furniture where we wanted it and put the Peleton bike back together perfectly. I really cannot say enough good things about this company.I will definitely recommend them to everyone and will use them again in the future should the need arise. 100% completely satisfied! My NY to Ca went extremely well. I'd never heard of Experia so had initial skepticism. On both coasts the movers were polite and professional. The Ca team was always asked my preference. I've not yet unpacked all boxes but was quite pleased to open 2 boxes marked "fragile " and found nothing broken. My agent Rosie was the best, always returning calls about my concerns. We booked our service early with other moving company since we were afraid that we wouldn't get a good quote! Moving is always so stressful but I must say the last couple of times that I have worked with Experia Moving services it's been such a breeze. From the moment they got there until they were done I was so at ease. They made sure all my stuff are wrapped up and were so gentle with all my furniture. Everything was done so perfectly. So excited to have professional, reliable movers on speed dial! My daughter needed a bed frame moved from midtown west to the East Village, it was hard finding movers to do a small moving job without a seperate truck rental charge. Most never responded. Nick and Rosie from Experia promptly responded to my inquiry, offered a great rate, and scheduled the move with ease. The day of the move the driver arrived early, picked up the bed frame, and I received a text message with a link allowing me to follow the truck during his journey using a map app. The arrangement was to drop the frame in her lobby, but the mover carried it up her 5 floor walk up and would not accept a tip! I wish she remembered his name, she said he was really nice. Our experience with Experia was top notch from the first contact to the drop off, with a very easy payment process.
