First of all it was 9pm the night before our move and second, our building has anyone moving out reserve a time and day for the freight elevator. He tried to reschedule for 7pm the night before our move. Ridiculous and extremely unprofessional. This morning we received another text where he states he will be HOURS late but supposedly mistakenly sent it to us. They never showed up at 2pm we waited half hour and texted him. No response, we called and again no response. Extremely unprofessional. If you need to flake at least have the decency to let people know and not waste peoples time.

Ryan was a huge help in getting us a detailed estimate and helping get us scheduled with very little notice. Naboor, Jorge, and Benjamin handled all of our belongings with the utmost care, while also being incredibly quick and efficient. The level of care, professionalism, efficiency, and customer service was excellent. We would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking to have a much more pleasant moving experience.

The guys arrived on time and worked their collective butts off to get everything in their truck. We had heavy furniture and they wrapped it with care and placed it in the new home right where we asked. I would especially like mention Gabriel for his help in fine-tuning the location of some of the furniture. Two other guys, whose names I didn't catch, helped moved my very heavy printer into my car, unload it, and carry it upstairs. All three guys had that can-do/will-do attitude. We were not an easy move for them, and yet they kept a positive attitude the whole time. I very strongly recommend that you call this company when you're ready to move!

I have very high standards when it comes to handling a move, and they exceeded every expectation. I don't usually leave reviews, but they were so exceptional that I had to share our experience. From start to finish, communication was excellent, pricing was competitive, and the entire team was friendly, professional, and incredibly careful with our belongings. We actually used them twice. The first time was to help move items into a POD when we listed our home for sale. Fernando was so great to work with that we hired them again for our full cross-country move from California to New York once our home sold. What really stood out was how different they were from other moving companies -- our belongings were never combined with another shipment, they carefully packed and protected our large fragile items, and everything was wrapped and handled with incredible care. They made the cross-country move feel effortless, and our belongings arrived the day after we flew in. The entire process was seamless. Joel's team are truly moving rockstars, and we can't thank them enough. Selling a home and relocating across the country is stressful, but they made their part of the process completely stress-free for us. My husband and I are beyond impressed with their work and highly recommend them. We will absolutely use them again for any future moves or even if we just need an extra set of hands. Notably, I found out they also will haul away items too - we never thought to ask them about those services but would have used them for that as we had some large items we paid another company to haul away the day before our full move, but could've just had them handle that too. Save yourself the hassle of shopping around for any moving needs -- just call Jaye and Joel!

The coordinator/administrative staff and movers are all very polite and pleasant to talk to and I…read moredo very much appreciate their hard work. But I must say there is a concerning lack of professionalism in both communication regarding the logistics and handling of the furniture. They did not wrap/pad most of the furniture, did not disassemble the dining table until we asked, and during drop-off there did not seem to be much careful organization or consideration of which furniture to move in first. For example, they moved the TV in before the TV unit and thus had to put the TV on the floor in a way that could have damaged the TV screen when they later moved the TV unit into the room. On top of this we were never informed of the fact that if the move exceeds 10 minutes into the next hour we would be charged for the full hour. The original quote did not include all the fees that were later disclosed when we paid the full balance. When I expressed my concerns regarding their failure to communicate these fees beforehand, I was not given a sincere apology. Overall, the movers seem like very nice people and I sincerely appreciate their hard work, especially considering that one of the furniture (a rocking chair) was quite sizable and required some maneuvering to fit through the door and limited space at the drop-off location. However, I personally would not be using their service again and hope they can improve their workflow for other future customers.

They even secured the piece so it wouldn't move. I can't thank you enough for being so professional and communicating so well. I will keep your information for my next move!

The estimate they offered was BEYOND reasonable - his competitors were priced 2-3x what he quoted! I only had a small 1BR to move - he quoted me $570 - I had other movers quoting me 800-$1300! He quickly drew up papers and we were in business for my move 2 days later. The/his movers surprised me by being 15 minutes early when I know this industry is notorious for being behind. They were quick, efficient and communicative throughout loading and unloading. A move they thought would take ~3 hours took barely 1.5hrs! Nothing was damaged in the move and they even offered to help me put furniture together with the time leftover. Thank you John, Adrian, Sergio, and Vinny for taking the stress out of my move!

I…read moreknow this job is incredibly physically demanding work - many crews tend to keep to themselves and focus on powering through, but they each made a thoughtful effort to introduce themselves, which created a friendly atmosphere. Scheduling was seamless from the moment I reached out for a quote. On the day of the move, they actually arrived earlier than expected, which immediately set the tone. They originally estimated around 2-3 hours for loading, but they were so efficient they only took 1.25 hours! I was wildly impressed. With the extra time, they offered to help load the items I had set aside for my car, taking extra trips to carry the remainder of items from my apartment out to my car. When I got to my new home, they had already arrived and were immediately ready to unload, which to my shock, again, only took only 45 minutes despite it being 100 degrees. Everything was placed in the correct rooms as labeled. They made sure to stack boxes against the walls in a strategically organized fashion, leaving plenty of walkway room, which has not always been the case for me in the past. They also took the time to ask where smaller, unlabeled items, like lamps, mirrors, and wall art, should be placed instead of placing them randomly (which is what I had expected and would have been perfectly happy with!). At no point did I feel like I needed to watch over them or worry about things being handled carelessly. Everything arrived exactly as expected, undamaged, and accounted for. There was not a single item damaged or broken. I want to give a special shout out to Rob who went the extra mile (literally and figuratively!) to ensure the entire process was smooth, organized, and well run from start to finish. As someone who is self-employed in client-facing work, it was easy to tell that Rob cares about the customer service aspect of his job just as much as the duties. Rob and his team were truly a blessing to work with, I am hiring them again for my upcoming move. I look forward to working with you again soon!
