Had a really great experience Today at the Open House located at 74-14 Caldwell Ave with very knowledgeable and very professional Agents, I was a live witness at that time when a lady with her partner arrived to Just to take a look at the house, the agent was very professional and asked them to Show their ID where they denied and than agents asked them wether they were pre-approved in what they answered No and they just want to see the house and not to BUY, also the agent asked them what would be the price range cause this is 3 family house on what they answered No Price Agent, Agent explained to them by the landlords request people who are denying to show their ID and the Pre-approval Letter can't see the House. In where they people from outside stared recording videos of the agents and being very disrespectful, Very nasty people , Came there to make a fight, hate people like that. Agents were very polite and very professional were trying to explain the requests from the Owner. Don't trust these people. I can't even describe our experience with Steve and Annie ! I called the office and Steve came over the same day to see the house we wanted to sell . In such a short notice he came very well prepared - he had comparable recent sales in the area , contract , sales history . 4 days later we had offers and found a buyer in 5 . We got the asking price and really I was speechless then ! We sold a property previously using a different real estate company and it took us a year to sell and we got much less then the asking price , so then we met Steve we were very skeptical but Steve and Annie proved us wrong ! I wish I could give this realtor zero stars. My husband and I went to an open house on Caldwell Ave and where denied to see the property. When we asked why he didn't want to show us the property he stated because he did want to. I recorded him on video stating so and in the background of the video his female colleague is heard saying they were looking for someone older. Im so happy that I have actual video of this event and I will make it public so that anyone looking to work with this realtor can be aware of his disgusting behavior. Exit Realty should really use this as a training opportunity because just recently Starbucks went under the microscope for similar behavior from one of its employees and had to do major damage control that caused them millions. As landlords of a two apartment private home in Rego Park, we had wonderful experiences with Exit One Realty Rego Park, three times. This realty was thorough in checking references to make sure that the prospective tenants could afford the rentals. We especially enjoyed working with Annie Agardi.
