John was great, he scheduled and showed me 8 apartments in a single afternoon. He showed me apartments above and below my price range so I could get a feel for the differences to expect between them. Ultimately I went with the last apartment he showed me for the day which was slightly above my budget, but I am happy with the decision that I would have missed had he only shown me under my budget! The building did try to change the terms at the last minute, but John helped me to negotiate and bring the price back down to be closer to my budget. We are shopping for apartments and came across the website for LSR. They had a lot of really nice apartments listed at a very reasonable price. When I contacted them....not a single unit in the price range is available. Their website lists 12 of them! The agent said their website is "a little behind." Apartments are moving slowly in NYC.
