Donald rented out my condo in Brooklyn while I was out of town. I was so glad to have him as my agent and would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for an agent. Worked with Don in an realty search in NYC and he made it smooth as can be from viewings to closing the deal. Don is the best of breed of realty professionals: he knows the market well, gives sound advice and we felt like he was truly on our side all the way, and he recommended other professionals as needed to ease the process. We find him trust-worthy, transparent, crystal clear in his explanations, vocal with his opinions when it counts, and perhaps most importantly he always responded promptly via texts and emails, and made the whole process painless. We never felt pressured by him to transact at any point, unlike other brokers who may be pushy or nudgy. Donald helped me make the move from Philadelphia to Brooklyn last summer. With my girlfriend, trying to find a place on our own was very time-consuming and ultimately fruitless. Within just a few days of conversing over email with Donald, we were already set up to view three different apartments, all of which were amazing (we went with the first one we saw and loved our time there). This past summer, we decided to relocate to Jersey City. Donald unfortunately didn't have anything on that side of the water to show us personally, but that did not stop him from helping us out anyway. He connected us to a colleague of his that helped get us into the building we are in now (sitting here overlooking the NYC skyline as I write this). Needless to say, Donald comes highly recommended! read more
