So, in a nutshell - she found me a place to live and rent, I kept her in the loop about my construction, and when my home was FINALLY ready to sell 5 months after us originally meeting, she put it on the market, and we had an "asking price" offer within 12 days. She never even had to do an open house. I could not recommend her enough! She was on top of everything, not "salesy" or "pushy" at all, and extremely patient with my unique situation. She literally text me whenever or whatever - and she made herself accessible to me 24/7 rather than just when she was in the office. Besides how professional and knowledgeable she was about real estate in general, she also gets a huge amount of credit for being a small woman owned business. Sometimes you just really need to appreciate the hustle and heart that go along with that. I highly recommend buying/selling with her, and I am positive that when I am ready to buy in the near future, I will trust Lana to find me that place as well. Boutique Realty rocks! Katie

I contacted Baran for another listing on West 18th Street. He responded within a few minutes with the information for another unit in a different building on West 22nd Street (as the original apartment was taken off the market). We arranged to meet the following day, where Baran showed us the unit. It is a beautiful south-facing large one bedroom that just went through a gut renovation, with brand new floors, walls, appliances, bathroom, kitchen, etc. Due to the renovation, the application approval process took a few weeks. Baran kept us updated each day and was extremely patient, communicative, reliable, honest and dependable. We are very excited to be moving into our new home in a great building and amazing location. Baran and Alex were instrumental in this process, and we'd recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely terrible…read more Owner Sandi (don't know last name) put us with a harassing abusive landlord. After 4 months he broke the lease and kicked us out. Sandi refused to help with moving expenses when he broke the lease and kicked us out. She says she's been in Brooklyn for 31 years, all of which her head was apparently so far up her ass that she "has never made a mistake". I wish Yelp had a 0 star rating because I'd give it. The only saving grace that makes it worth the one star is a young man who works for her, Jordan. He was kind, professional, warm, and incredibly helpful. Unfortunately, though, since he reports to Sandi, he can only go so far. If you're looking for someone who does the right thing and truly cares about their customers regardless of "policy", please don't go here. But, if you're looking for someone who's only interested in making money, fast talking, and not doing any research or screening before they work with a landlord, Bridge is your place.

We have spoken regularly after the deal closed and he is just as invested as he was when we were first in contract. He literally saved us thousands of dollars and despite us not being able to close quickly, he made sure the deal went through. He has a great knowledge of the market, great properties and is always able to offer good ideas when there is an issue of some kind. Update- It keeps…read moregetting worse. This was a horrible flip packaged well. Be very careful! We bought a newly renovated home from Masada Homes in 2011. In the past 7 years we've discovered that the top floor wasn't supported properly and was slowly SINKING, they put drywall over big holes in the basement foundation causing water damage and destroyed basmen, they used the wrong type of grout so our shower tiles are loose, the drains weren't sealed correctly so leaking behind the walls in the basement and they never installed a rain gutter. Just discovered our dryer vent isn't really vented outside. This is extremely dangerous! The repairs have cost us 18k and counting - be careful. - Update - You'll see a reply saying they don't flip or renovate houses but here's the deal - when we got our house a guy named Tom was working with investors from Masada Home Sales. So Masada had a group of investors that would help fund contractors to buy and cheaply flip homes and then help them sell them. So they're not being truthful.
