Let me start by saying that this was the best experience I've ever had with finding a new apartment in New York. I moved into a four bedroom apartment mid June. The design of the whole apartment is beautiful. I love the exposed brick walls and the massive windows in each of the bedrooms. Even though I love natural light, I love the aspect of the LED lights that can be dimmed for nighttime. I love to cook and I love all of the amenities that the kitchen has to offer, as well as the in unit washer and dryer. I was proud to show my big older brother where I lived when he came to visit me. Being an architect/developer he noticed all of the small details that I did not. The marble counters and shower walls are the part I really loved. I am very thankful to have a small taste of living in luxury. When my lease is up here I am excited to check out a one bedroom for myself to create my own cute Brooklyn cove! read more

We are very excited about our new apartment. Moin was helpful from when I met him at the open house to our signing of the lease. He was down-to-earth and transparent with all the questions I had, and so responsive and quick during the application process.
