This is the only spot in town where I get oil changes and inspections. I don't trust anyone else. Full disclosure: I have a 2006 Volvo wagon. Even some of the best mechanics say to take it to a Volvo dealer or specialist. And I do. But for regular oil changes and the like, these folks have been great. Highly recommended. read more

Arrived at 9.30 am for an inspection with 4 cars ahead of me. Left there at 12pm. 2.5 hours later. While waiting the kid working the front office was rude to an elderly lady that was also waiting. He gave her a hard time for not staying in line in her car, guess sitting in a car for 2.5 hours wasn't acceptable to him. I myself am a double amputee and had a hard time sitting in the same position for that length of time. Yes signs are clearly posted to stay in your car....I get it. But 2.5 hours is unacceptable. Kid needs to spend less time on his phone and pay more attention to the customers. He should be apologizing and not scolding, specifically the elderly. read more

I needed an oil change and NYS inspection. The gentleman who took my car did quick work and the price was less than I pay for a synthetic oil change in Brooklyn. Staff was friendly. It's "first come, first served", but I didn't have anyone in front of me. read more

I stopped in to Exit 21 Quick Lube today (07/16/20) for the first time for a Synthetic Oil Change and was pleasantly surprised at a number of things. 1. Very pleasant Office staff greeted me as soon as I walked in. 2. Extremely Clean, Comfortable and Air Conditioned waiting area 3. My truck was taken in literally immediately (with Two technicians working on it at the same time) and was completed in under fifteen minutes I thought the pricing was right in line with local pricing and they topped off my washer fluid without me even asking. I will most certainly return for my next Oil Change when it is time. I honestly have never had a more pleasant experience at an oil Change place before today. Update 9/2/21: Just over one year later and my next oil change was due. Only 6000 miles in one year???? wow....has to "Pandemic Miles" Anyway, Everything I said above is still true and these guys are just awesome. Everyone still has a smile and a kind word as well as I was in and out in about fifteen minutes again. Something to note though.....The price on the full synthetic has gone up to$67.75.....at least for my Honda Ridgeline. I definitely know where I'm going for my next Oil Change. read more

I have been going here for a few years and I have always been very satisficed. Last week I got a flat tier and my daughters car needed brakes. I was told by a different mechanic that I had to wait 4 days for an appointment. I called Exit 21 quick lube and they got me in that day and fixed both the tier and my daughter brakes and routers by the end of the day. read more

I have had over a dozen oil changes here and each time the service was excellent. The technicians are honest and friendly and the cost is reasonable. They now have a new waiting area as well. read more

Inexpensive and quick but dirty brushes may damage your car's finish. You sit in the car throughout the car wash. When I pulled up the attendant directed me to drive into the conveyor. He then power washed the car and scrubbed it with a brush on a pole. Then they sent me through the machines and the blow dryer. After pulling out I immediately noticed some light parallel scratches in the windshield that matched the pattern of the attendant scrubbing. I tried wiping it off but they were in fact scratches. It wasn't worth making a stink but I definitely won't bother coming back here because I don't want my car's finish to be further exfoliated. read more

I love this place. I can get an oil change, and the usual stuff, fluid checks, etc etc no appointment necessary just drive in and they come out to see what you need. Wait in a nice waiting room. They look my car over and tell me what could be potential problems down the road. Their mechanics are courteous and professional. Easy peasy. 30 minutes tops. Highly recommend. read more

I'm not sure what kinda day Russ was having, but I have been going to Exit 21 CW & QL for several years now. They are not the most talkative bunch, perhaps because they are working, but they are always friendy. The offer a reasonably priced, quick service and go above and beyond in telling you if they see something thats not quite right with your vehicle. I was offered buy 1 get 3 free for a dealership oil change, and I declined because these guys have done such a good job of takeing care of my vehicles for so long now, I wouldn't dream of taking them anywhere else. My kids (young drivers) also take their cars there. read more

I agree with, Mike L. They need updated equipment. I have been going their for as long as I can remember 1982 or 84 and nothing have ever been updated since. Business one "O" one has always told me and has never ever been wrong. One needs to spend money in order to make money. I almost had a major mishap back in Feb or March of 2015 as ware the attendant was directing me to pull up to the track and in the blink of an eye, the overhead door come crashing down. It almost took out the attendant. I thought to myself, luck must of been on my side or something, because it would of totaled my car and perhaps I could of got seriously hurt or worse, killed. Thankfully, the attendant was not hurt either. I remember the attendant making a statement that the car wash was now closed. LMFAO. I think it's only a matter of time before they have a major mishap at Exit21 car wash and they get sued big time. I sure hope they have good insurance on that place. Truthly, I am shocked that any insurance company would even write them a policy on such outdated equipment. read more
