We were shopping in the area that day and checked with Walmart Auto Center first but they said they were booked until the following week. I called Mavis and was informed that they could take care of us now if we stopped in so we did. Anthony, the service manager was friendly and explained everything that was included with the pricing (road hazard, rotation etc.). This is an auto shop so nothing super fancy, the waiting room can use an upgrade but surprisingly the bathroom was in decent shape. I believe the four tires came to just about $460. He said he would do the work the next morning and call when he was on his way. The next day, Friday, he didn't call, didn't show up, and would not answer his phone. I received a call on Saturday saying he couldn't get to me until the following week. It is now too late to get the work done before work on Monday, and I will miss a day of work sorting out the problems he caused by not simply giving me a five-minute phone call on Friday.
