He gave her a hard time for not staying in line in her car, guess sitting in a car for 2.5 hours wasn't acceptable to him. I myself am a double amputee and had a hard time sitting in the same position for that length of time. Yes signs are clearly posted to stay in your car....I get it. But 2.5 hours is unacceptable. Kid needs to spend less time on his phone and pay more attention to the customers. He should be apologizing and not scolding, specifically the elderly.

This is a known issue - this generation truck HATES aftermarket security systems, and it was causing all kinds of problems, so we asked Toads to remove it. He was familiar with this issue, also said he'd look at the starter, and would let us know. I don't know what time he starts work, but he called us to pick up our truck at lunchtime Monday (we dropped it off Sunday night.) Let me tell you, the cost was BEYOND reasonable. I bought my vehicle there and the check engine light was on in a week, a tire was going flat, the brakes were failing, the steering was tricky, only one window worked, a tail lamp assembly was bad, the exhaust was on the brink of falling off and all kinds of other problems. I'm too disgusted to list all the problems. When I took it back, they wrote up an estimate that was double what I paid for the car and didn't even re-inflate the tire that they claimed was "all new." I'm lucky I'm a mechanic but most people are not. I should have checked it over better but I trusted them because they're a "dealership" and I'm totally screwed now. After this winter, I'm going to get this car in safe condition and sell it off because they won't do a thing for me. If you buy a vehicle from them, it'll be great... Until you sign your name and drive it for a week. They didn't even install my registration sticker that was sitting on the front seat. That's right, the temporary registration is still on it and I'm counting the days until I can afford to get rid of it. I've even read other reviews of people getting into accidents with vehicles purchased at this "dealership" just weeks after purchase due to a catastrophic failure, like a control arm. If I could put no stars or negative stars, that would still be too good. How many people is this business gonna screw over, injure, or even kill before they're shut down? I've already almost been in a handful of fender benders because they didn't tell me it needs all new brakes until two weeks AFTER I bought this lemon. Of course they were more than happy to sell it because the mileage exempts it from "Lemon Law." DO NOT buy from them. Spread the word and hopfully they'll be gone. Go there and ask for Steve. They charged me 60 bucks and told me my bike was good after 2 weeks being there, then when I when to pick it up the bike wouldn't start and the gas hose was not connected to the carb property. I left the bike there and after another week of me begging them to work on my bike they said "We haven't work on many of these were running out of options" Long story short I picked up my bike, they never gave me my 60 dollars back when I took off the tank to see if they even took apart the carburetor they didn't do anything other than throw carb cleaner at it. They made me go through 2 brand new batteries cuz they don't know how to use a digital multimeter had to change the voltage regulator on my bike. Common sense, most of these stuff is so simple when I checked the spark plug it looked like it was clearly burnt so I got another one for like 3 dollars and the bike started right the fuck up. I don't know much about bikes that's why I bring my 03 ktm 625cc to a shop so that I don't fuck it up myself and they don't even bother to check the spark plug most importantly tight the gas hose to the carb in a safe way. SCAMMERS. Terrible work ethic. Shows that anybody could own a shitty business in this country. I'm not mechanic but I will always try to work on my bikes/car the best I can so that I don't have to deal with clowns like these!
