They handled all the insurance paperwork, gave me a great rental vehicle and answered all my questions. They promised my van would be ready in 5 days, but they were done in 4, even though they found a crack in the windshield once they had begun fixing the fender. So they replaced the windsheild too!! Very pleasant Office staff greeted me as soon as I walked in. 2. Extremely Clean, Comfortable and Air Conditioned waiting area 3. My truck was taken in literally immediately (with Two technicians working on it at the same time) and was completed in under fifteen minutes I thought the pricing was right in line with local pricing and they topped off my washer fluid without me even asking. I will most certainly return for my next Oil Change when it is time. I honestly have never had a more pleasant experience at an oil Change place before today. Update 9/2/21: Just over one year later and my next oil change was due. Only 6000 miles in one year???? wow....has to "Pandemic Miles" Anyway, Everything I said above is still true and these guys are just awesome. Everyone still has a smile and a kind word as well as I was in and out in about fifteen minutes again. Something to note though.....The price on the full synthetic has gone up to$67.75.....at least for my Honda Ridgeline. I definitely know where I'm going for my next Oil Change.

The…read morework was done right the first time, I was never "oversold" or told I needed something I didn't. I've had everything from regular maintenance to power steering hoses, transmission lines, transmission flush, starter replacement, etc. Never a problem with any of these. I am a former mechanic and was looking for a new garage. The first thing I did when checking out Fredericks was look at the shop. It was exceptionally clean and well organized. Everything had a place. They had the latest diagnostic equipment as well as other equipment that showed me they stayed up-to-date on the automotive trade. In other words, I know a great shop when I see one. Add to that the fact that the people at Fredericks are very professional, accommodating and friendly and you have a shop you can depend on. Are they a little pricey? Maybe, but you certainly get what you pay for and if you want some hack to work on your car in some dark, dingy cinder block garage, then have at it. If you want quality work by professionals then Fredericks is your place.

This is a known issue - this generation truck HATES aftermarket security systems, and it was causing all kinds of problems, so we asked Toads to remove it. I don't know what time he starts work, but he called us to pick up our truck at lunchtime Monday (we dropped it off Sunday night.) Let me tell you, the cost was BEYOND reasonable.
