Ok. First walking in, I was like this place way too cool for me. I'm a pretty low maintenance person and seriously gets my haircut probably like every other year. I scheduled with Annie and sitting down, she asked what I'm looking for. I wasn't entirely sure but I did say what I had problems with. What a gorgeous studio! I was immediately offered flat or sparkling water from the owner, Felix, upon entering and took a small tour of the space. I love how the design was specifically catered to a more intimate and relaxing experience. I was so awed by the head spa room that i bought a package. I've never done one before so I'm super excited about that!! Annie is super personable and friendly. I had a great time chatting with her and she meticulously cut my long hair. I love my length and I'm always weary when I go for a haircut since MANY stylists get carried away and chop off more than I'd like. Annie is not like other stylists. She really took the time to listen to what I wanted and gave me the exact cut I was hoping for. She's been cutting hair for a while and her technique definitely shows. I got the signature cut with Annie, and I loved how gentle and thoughtful she was with the entire process! My hair felt taken care of and she was super easy to talk to. The only thing is that it takes about 1.5-2 hours, which some people might think is a bit long. But since it's using only shears, understandable! I was also able to try out the reset to clarity scalp treatment from Eric, and I didn't realize this was something I needed in my life. A lot of their products were made in house and I learned about my scalp and what I needed. Not only was the scalp massage amazing, but so many of the little stuff made the experience a 10/10. My scalp actually felt squeaky clean for the first time and even my hair had that fresh cut super smooth feeling that I couldn't stop touching. The service, ambience, and interior is absolutely exceptional. I've come here twice now, once for a head space with Maya and a haircut with Annie. I've been to my fair share of head spas, but I can say without a double that the head spa was truly next level. Honestly, I don't think I've ever felt that relaxed. You can "let it go" just like Elsa here... Such a cool and unique spot. The interior design makes you feel like you just stepped into a modern and exotic green sanctuary. The staff were very kind, accommodating, and welcoming and always made sure we were hydrated. For Mother's Day, my mom and I were pampered with a head spa by Mya and Eric. The weighted blanket, eye and hand warmers were such a nice touch, and the calming scents mixed in with the Pink Himalayan salt added to the relaxation. My husband and I had appointments for head spa treatments. Prior to the appointment, I was given an intake survey to help personalize my treatment even further. I've always wanted to go to a head spa. I heard that Exhibit M had just opened and was excited to try it out! The studio was super cute and clean. The room where I had my service was nice and spacious. The ambiance was great. I sat down for a scalp analysis and Eric was very thorough with explaining what the camera tool was doing and what he was taking down for notes on my profile. He showed me the tray of products and talked me through the process and I was pleased with being able to select ingredients that he would use on me. I love how the ingredients were all natural and there was no gatekeeping of what would be used. I loved how the session began and ended with a neck, shoulder and hand massage.
