The consistency of the monthly facials truly made a noticeable difference. I was never complimented on my skin until I started going here. It was a very calm and relaxing experience and was a must-have for my wedding, and it really paid off doing it. The reason this is only getting 3 stars is because of my second facial. I went in just for a normal facial with no additions. I get to check out, and there are 2 additions to my facial (+$120 on top of facial). I never added it. So I'm just a bit annoyed about it and I don't think I'll come back due to that since I was never told I was gonna be given these extras nor did the lady doing my facial ask me if I would want them done/why she would recommend them. They just did it and charged me.

I had a hydra-facial with Haulina and oh my gosh, it was honestly the best facial i've ever had. She was also sooooo sweet, personable, and knowledgable. She gave me so many tips and knowledge about my skin and recommended products. She was absolutely amazing and I will only go to her for facials now! My sister had a hydrafacial with tanya and my mom had a swedish massage with Lisa, both LOVED their services. They both raved about Lisa and Tanya. My mom used to manage a luxury spa and she said her massage with Lisa was better than any massage she had ever gotten at her previous luxury spa that charged double the price. The prices are super fair and way less than other spas. For the amazing services we got, the price is absolutely worth it! We can't wait to come back :)

Kimberly from day 1 taught me how to properly cleanse my face, recommended products to use (and I now only use products from her), and reviewed my makeup, shampoo, and conditioner for ingredients that are pore clogging. I came to her with active, persistent acne -- especially around my jawline and chest. I have struggled with my skin since childhood, and especially after maternity. Despite trying countless products and treatments over the years, nothing worked long-term. Kimberly took the time to thoroughly assess my skin, develop a personalized treatment plan, and recommend quality skincare products that have become essential to my daily routine. She also went through all the skincare items I was using and vetted whether they were good for my skin or not. We started with bi-monthly sessions, and as my skin improved, transitioned to monthly treatments. Today, my skin is the clearest it's ever been. I rarely break out -- and if I do, it's a small, manageable spot that clears quickly. My overall tone and texture have improved dramatically, and for the first time in years, I feel confident going makeup-free or just wearing a light tinted moisturizer. Kimberly is professional, knowledgeable, and results-focused. Her treatments are effective, her product recommendations are on point, and her care is completely personalized. She is absolutely worth the investment if you're serious about achieving lasting results with your skin.
