I don't deserve what I'm going through with my perfect credit score being over 740. This vehicle has a recall since 2019, but the dealership doesn't touch anything aftermarket, it has to be stock. When I first saw the vehicle, I checked the engine light since it was deleted. I barely saw enough since I didn't want to be caught. Now that I have the vehicle, there's more than what I expected. Again, bring an engine code reader, don't go by what they say. I'm spending over $1,200, and there's a lot more I'm having to pay to get my valve springs repaired which is around $800-$1,600 to fix. So yeah, I'm one "happy" customer alright. I already replaced the fuel filler neck and charcoal canister that was causing the fueling up the gas tank problem, and now the most expensive one yet is my valve springs that's causing a lot of things to go wrong with my ride. I got crapped on, big time time. I surely hope everyone double and triple CHECKS ANY vehicle before buying. Don't just go by what anyone says at all. That is all. Thank you.

After signing paperwork, I reviewed the full Carfax and discovered the car actually had 5 owners, had been used commercially, imported from Canada, and had 2 accident reports -- none of which were disclosed during the sale or in the ad. When I brought this to the dealership's attention and asked for my $1,000 deposit back, they refused -- even though I had not taken delivery and the deal was made under false pretenses. I have filed formal complaints with the Texas Attorney General and the Texas DMV Dealer Enforcement Division. I'm also working with my bank to recover the deposit. Be very careful -- double-check everything and get the full Carfax before signing anything.

After being served with a formal cease and desist demanding they stop tampering with my vehicle, they continued their harassment. They never responded to my 10-day demand letter for my down payment and instead escalated their behavior in the most disturbing ways. They began remotely accessing my Tesla--setting off alarms at night, popping the trunk, and worst of all: turning the heat on while my ADA-certified service dog was locked inside on a scorching day. She suffered heat stroke and had to be rushed to the vet. This wasn't an accident. It was a cruel, calculated action--and I now have a police report documenting it. This isn't just a dealership behaving badly. This is a business that retaliates, ignores legal boundaries, and puts lives at risk--human and animal.
