This place is beautiful and very clean! The people who greet you are very polite and professional. Everything is so well designed. However, I've noticed that when I'm here on Thursdays and Saturdays I have by far the BEST end results. I absolutely will give them 5 stars on those days. When I visit on Sundays I definitely leave unsatisfied. Their crew has a lot of different faces. I really like the atmosphere of this salon on Louetta. The staff is very friendly and take their time when working on your nails. I've been to this location twice and the West Rayford location once. I definitely prefer this one (each location is am independently owned franchise per the manager; the other location felt like a waste of time & money). And would like to give them five stars but I'm not yet completely satisfied. 1st visit here, I got a pedicure with paraffin wax and a powder color on my nails (first time ever). My heels needed more scrubbing. But I really liked my nails even though it was the wrong color. The color lasted about 3 weeks before any chipping (Jenny is awesome & such a sweet young lady). 2nd visit here, I got a basic pedicure and a French tip powder this time. Still waiting for the perfect pedicure, I really like having soft heels... but it wasn't bad. My nails looked very nice, just how I wanted them. But they chipped within 3 days this time (partially, I think, because I wanted them not so thick this time). I was pretty disappointed but I didn't have time to go back and let them know. I had them repaired cheaply in between time elsewhere - getting fancy nails can be expensive. But I will be back again for the friendly service & free drinks... Oh yeah, I almost forgot...they offer two free drinks per person. You can have cocktails, mocktails, coffee, juice, and the like. This adds to the relaxing fun of the experience. Plus the salon is very very clean. Very hygienic practices and the pedi chairs are in great shape. It's a relatively new salon. Also, they offer some sort of membership that gives discounts on services. So far this is my favorite salon because the staff really seems genuinely nice. They don't make me feel as if I'm an imposition and they're pretending to be nice while actually mocking me for needing their services. I would definitely recommend this salon. I have looked at this place every time I go to the dollar store next door and said, "next time". I haven't had my nails done in two years and today I said, "I need something!" I went in as a walk in, someone ran to greet me, sign me in and ask what they could do. Beautiful, clean and bright inside and sat me immediately with Tony. Great personable guy but he had an appointment with a client so Tom was up next. First time anywhere and you're hesitant once you start with someone but thought ok no worries, especially after I was given my drink Tom was very diligent in his work and my nails turned out wonderful! Updating my review : I went back today to get my nails re-done and my experience was way much better . Tom who is the manger there , did my nails this time and they look way much better . He took good care of me and paid attention to every detail on my nails and made sure they were smooth , the same length and making sure they look perfect . I will defiantly be coming back . I recommend having Tom do your nails. I went today to go get a dip full set manicure . I figured the place was really good after reading the yelp reviews . First impressions is that the salon was very nice and clean . I was greeted for friendly employee , who asked me to check-in in their tablet . After checking-in she showed me what color options they had for the dip manicure . I told her I wanted option number 206. My nail tech was Vincent . He was very friendly , but did a bad job on my nails . He first did the dip on my nails with the old tips I had on my nail . After finishing up , I told him that I didn't like the color , because it looked nothing like the color I had requested for. He then said he was going to replace the old tips on my nail and that it would make it better . I said okay and he replaced them . After he finished for the second time , it looked nothing like the color I wanted . He then suggested to do shellac on my nails . I told him that it was fine and put the shellac on top, because I just wanted to get out of the nail salon after being there for almost 3 hours just for a manicure. This is worst nail job I've ever gotten . I did tell the front desk that I was unhappy with nails and they told me to come back next week and that they would re-do them for free . This place is pretty cool. It has a bar inside and you can order your drink from your chair. The technicians were very nice and attentive. I saw two workers getting their toes done. I feel like if workers trust the service that's a plus. My toes look amazing. Be very careful and clear with what you want. I said French tip on my toes and nails. I recieved polish on my toes, but before I knew it I was getting powder instead of polish on my nails which jacked up the price. All in all I will definitely return I'll just make sure to be clear with my requests. Also, after I paid, the receptionist said if anything happen to my nails in the first week to come back and they'll fix them for free. I didn't feel welcomed , Daisy rushed through my pedicure and told me I didn't need to get the regular pedicure I needed to get the more expensive one for $36 and was rough with my feet . All of the nails they've done for me have been absolutely perfect and the pedicures are great. I've had John, Tom, and Hailey do my nails and every time, they've been perfect. I have been going to this location for over a year now. Loved this placed before new management came in. When I walked in every time staff knew me by name and knew my technicians. Once management changed all staff changed there is a lady at the front desk her name is Quin I believe I had asked her if Len and Tiffany are available she rolled her eyes at me and said we don't have techs with those names. (She could have just said they are no longer with us are there any other you prefer) we finally get seated I had asked for a pedicure and new set DONE AT THE SAME TIME my pedicure tech starts and almost half way the other tech shows up to do my hands I asked for powder french and she said we close at 5 it's my sons birthday and your nails are short you get a dip. I went to this location of Tuesday of last week, I have been traveling and unable to write this review. I had a picture and I wanted to get a set of coffin shaped nails, I researched reviews and Henry's name came up several times. Henry suggested shellac nails. He was very patient as I found colors to match the photo. He shaped my nails and it was a delicate pain free process( my nails were not in good shape, my fault when we began the process). My treatment at Executive Nails & Spa (previously know as Lush & Co) was awful. I went there asking for a paraffin wax pedicure and a basic manicure expecting a bill around $60-$65. I asked for French tips and the girl doing my nails kept messing up and quite frankly I still don't like the result but I felt bad asking her to fix her own mistakes again. Then she moved on to my hands and was rushing which ended in four of the five fingers on my hand bleeding. And when I said "ouch" on bleeding finger number three she proceeded to mock me and started saying "ow ow ow ow" in a singing voice for about a minute, laughing. Knowing my hand was bleeding so bad she had to put a cotton ball on them and apply this green liquid to stop the bleeding, she still managed to mock and laugh at me. She also clearly has never done French tips in her life because the natural white part of my nail is overlapping the painted on white. It's so ugly. On top of everything I was harassed and badgered to get the shellac which ended up adding an extra $40 to my bill. My aunt who was with me got the same pedicure I did, along with acrylic nails WITH shellac and somehow ended up with the same balance I had ($98). They overcharged me, harassed me, mocked me, and injured me. I will NEVER come to this establishment again and I would give them negative stars if I could! read more

This was my first time here. Greeted upon entry and asked for a phone number and told to sit. I didn't know out of what stack of nails I was to pick a color from, I chose one. When it was my turn up, I was told I needed to pick from a different stack. I was never offered a drink (they are complimentary...finding out as I'm checking out).
