Our condo has some pretty strict requirements such as putting them under Hy's insurance policy and getting everything approved. Josh helped us with the process, and got our condo on their policy quickly. After we signed with them, we did a walk through of our condo, they were very detailed in asking questions to understand what we wanted and were super helpful and patient with our many questions lol. They got rid of our all our popcorn ceiling, carpet, installed vinyl plank for our entire condo, as well as change out our bathroom vanities & mirrors, and made shelves for our bathrooms. It turned out even better than I expected honestly! Afterwards I remember looking up at our ceiling and feeling grateful of how smooth and well done it is and the vinyl planks were done beautifully. Everything was really meticulously done even down to the quarter rounds that line the edges of our flooring. Mr. He and his partner did most of the work, he was very communicative, professional and even did many little extra things for us around the house that my husband thought of later like installing shower/tower rods so everything matched, at a very reasonable price, he even painted our door for free! I honestly am so grateful for him, he's such a nice guy. They got everything done in timely manner too! Since we were trying to move in ASAP, as my son was gona be born in 2 months. We love how updated our place looks now compared to before and I'm so grateful to HY Construction and their quality work! Few months later our garbage disposal went out, and it wasn't an easy plug-in one to reinstall. They did that for us at a very reasonable price as well. We're honestly so thankful for Hy's and we've been recommending them to many friends since our renovation! Mahalo nui Josh & Mr He!!

We came to them with a fairly custom vision, and they delivered exactly what we wanted. The team stuck to the deadline even with changes and additions we made to the scope. Communication was clear throughout, and he maintained a constant, open line of communication. Chen and his team handled all the demo work and did a fantastic job. Spending hours trying to find the right company and meeting with several contractors who fit all your building criteria is very time-consuming. That is why your search stops here with Elevate Builders Hawaii. From the initial consultation with Yaniv to the final touches, the team was professional, responsive, and detail-oriented. The team was amazing and even worked through the recent storms, despite our property being partially flooded. Our upstairs kitchen was outdated and needed a complete makeover, and Elevate Builders accomplished the work with stunning before-and-after results. (See posted vids and pics) Working with Yaniv made this whole process effortless. I initially met Yaniv on one of my trips back home for a consultation. After meeting with Yaniv, there was no doubt that Elevate Builders would win the bid against the other companies. We liked his recommendations, the quote was within budget, and most importantly, Yaniv's kind and pleasant demeanor made him stand out. Yaniv helped us choose modern finishes that matched our vision, came shopping with us, and sent several links to finishes he recommended. In addition, the workmanship exceeded our expectations. After we had things situated, I flew back to San Francisco and communicated regularly between my brother (who lives in Honolulu) and Yaniv. He was very transparent throughout the entire process, which included changes to work orders, his honest opinions when choosing the materials, and he always kept me updated with the progress. The project was completed on time and within budget, making the entire process stress-free. I highly recommend Elevate Builders Hawaii for anyone looking to transform their home, kitchen, or any part of their home or business. Follow them on Instagram (elev8builders) for samples of their amazing work. Mahalo Elevate Builders! You guys are awesome!

William and the team at Ming Yang (MY) Construction are phenomenal!…read more Kitchen remodel, 5 Stars. They helped us step out of the 70s and into something so much more modern. From the first site visit to the final walkthrough, everything was seamless. William managed this project very well and guided us through this process with ease. At any point if we had questions he was quick to respond. The showroom they have is great and the experience of setting your preferences on design and materials is quite enjoyable. The only hiccup we encountered is that the supplier of the original tile that had been selected did not come in the size we needed and so it wouldn't have meshed well with the current tile in the living room. William helped us find a suitable alternative and we were able to pivot and are very pleased with the outcome. There were a couple of adjustments during the project but again related to the tile, we changed the direction of the placement which allows for us to replace the remaining tile in the house in the future if we decided to do so. William and team thinking ahead with our needs in mind really provided a sense of care. To top it all off, we wanted this build done ASAP and the team was able to complete the remodel in 8 days compared to their estimate of 10 - 14. We are extremely pleased with the work and so glad we went with a business right here in Kaneohe. Thank you William, Wen, and team! Instantly, I heard back from Keith to schedule a home visit. In the first week of January, Keith came by to do a look through. He was very kind and professional. Keith emailed my estimate within several days. Our bathroom remodel was scheduled to take 14 days, but it was completed within 9 days, which was good for our family considering we only have one bathroom. From initial contact throughout the project Jeff, HHR Supervisor, kept open communication with me every day. He kept me afloat on what they found, what needed to be done, what my options were. Jeff and his team were very detailed and the level of work they did was beyond superb. I'd like to send my all my aloha and much mahalo to Keith, Jeff and their Hawaii Home Remodel crew for their expertise and hard work over the past 9 days. Leon was a joy to work with. He has excellent communication skills and apprised us of the status of the renovation on an almost daily basis. He went out of his way to try to fulfil any requests that we had, and if he encountered any issues that needed our approval or input, he made sure to let us know in a timely manner, as well as explain what our options were. We did go over budget, but that was because of unforeseen issues (such as plumbing) that came up, and not because of anything that Leon did. I wholeheartedly recommend him for any home renovation job. You won't be disappointed.
