After having kids, we became very concerned about the toxic chemicals they use in dry cleaning and were happy to find that an environmentally dry cleaner was opening in McKinney. We've been coming here since they opened... probably about 6 years? We actually no longer live in McKinney (we now live about 20 minutes south), but we still drive our clothes up here as we've found that these kind of dry cleaners are few and far between. So I took my sport coat to this dry cleaners, got it back, and my button thread was stretched immensely (over an inch) because they put the stupid plastic retainer on it incorrectly. I took it back, was told that "oh, we will fix that.", guess what, I just picked it up and was charged for an alteration. Great way to do business guys. Dry Cleaners are a dime a dozen. I just moved to the area and chose Executive Cleaners because of their convenient drive-thru. For my very first visit, I dropped off a work blazer that has some sort of leather trim around the edges. When I picked up the blazer, the trim was peeling off everywhere. I no longer can wear this blazer to work, which is $100 down the drain. I brought the blazer back to Executive Cleaners to inform them of what they did, and they would not take responsibility for it. They just kept giving me details and excuses instead of what I was wanting to hear which is simply, "We are so sorry, and we will make this right for you." The person over the phone constantly interrupted me, and most definitely gave no indication that he cared. I do not recommend doing business with Executive Cleaners. read more

This was my first time visiting a dry cleaners ever. The man at the counter was nice and greeted me as he went on answering all my rookie questions. He was very patient and customer oriented. I dropped of my son's Taekwondo uniforms (2) and they were ready in 2 business days, but it was Easter weekend so they might have been busier. I'm not sure about price because this was my first time. What I am sure is that they did an outstanding job removing most (some were spaghetti stains o_0)of the stains on the white uniforms. read more

There are no prices anywhere to be found in the place and the owner is rude. Also, my clothes are not cleaned. Stay away. read more

Shopping for a new cleaners, so I tried Executive Cleaners. I am very, very picky about my shirts being starched and pressed, and I dropped off several shirts at Executive Cleaners. Wow, I was so impressed at the excellent job they did on my shirts...really first class...top drawer work. The owner was very welcoming and I could tell he took pride in his business and the work they do. I will make this cleaners my new place for all my clothing. They even use non petroleum products, environmentally friendly. Win...Win!! read more

I just wanted to let people know how overpriced this place is: I just moved to Anna recently and I usually go to Dry Clean Super Center but I was in a rush on a Saturday and I just picked the closest dry cleaner I could find so I went to Executive Cleaners. I went to pick up my clothes last night and I was charged $88.09 for 4 above the knee length dresses, three pairs of dress slacks, one skirt and two tank tops....I was in shock-my dry cleaning bill has never been this high. So that's about $8 dollars per item-that is ridiculous-green clean or not. If you don't make six figures a year I would recommend you go elsewhere. read more

I dropped off several items at Executive Cleaners, including a formal gown, and requested a quote in advance. I was told by the employee that she didn't know the price for the dress (not to mention that she wasn't so sure of the prices for anything I left). I left all items and requested to be called with the exact price for the dress BEFORE they cleaned it so I could decide if I wanted to do it. I was called back and given a price of 14.99. Upon picking up the dress a couple of days late, the price had been doubled to 30 in the computer. I was told that the manager did this because I was quoted the wrong price. I asked to speak with the manager, who was not there at the time. I called back the next day and spoke to her and requsted that she adjust the price back to what was quoted. She went on and on about the cost of dry cleaning fluid and how they cannot afford to do the service for the price I was quoted, yada yada yada yada. I told her that was not MY problem that her employee quoted me a wrong price and that this was a training issue that SHE obviously needs to address. (Although I'm still unsure as to how she quoted me a wrong price when I left the store and was called back - did she not check with someone first?) Anyways, the manager refused to reduce the price and only offered a coupon good for a future service (HELLO! I'm not coming back!) . I asked to speak with HER supervisor, or the owner, who she said is her husband and was out of the country. I told her if she could provide his number I would call him myself so she said she would have to follow up with me in 2 weeks. She never called me as she said she would. I spoke with her a second time and apparently she had only made up the story about her husband to get me off of the phone (which I suspected, of course). If you want to do business with a dry cleaners that will rip you off by quoting you a price at drop off then charge you a different price at pick up, then this is the place for you! :-) Oh - I forgot to mention - they held the rest of my dry cleaning order "hostage" because I refused to pay for the dress when I tried to pick everything up the first time (they told me they could not separate the order). The customer service at Executive Cleaners SUCKS! I'm very happy to not only take my business elsewhere and I encourage you to do the same! They may have my money but I have a voice and I will tell everyone I meet in McKinney NOT to go there. I would have left 0 stars if that was possible! Okay - I feel MUUUCCH better now! read more

I dropped my husbands shirts off on Saturday morning and was specifically told they would be ready Monday morning. My husband went to pick his clothes up and the manager was rude in telling him they would not be ready until Tuesday. There is a professional way to go about this type of thing and he chose to treat my husband like he was stupid for thinking his clothes would be ready. My husband told the man that we were told they would be ready and asked when. He is a manager himself and has a huge regard for customer service, so the manager's attitude was not taken lightly. We were not upset after leaving and just wanted to get the clothes the next day with no drama. So I went in today to pick them up and the manager was a total jerk to me! Not only did he tell me I lied to my husband and his employee working on Saturday never said they would be ready on Monday, he continued to trash talk my husband to me and then use the f bomb as I left for telling him he was being rude to me and I wasn't going to take it and that if it continued I would write a review. I got a big "don't come back, have a nice f****** day!" Along with more intelligible words as I waked out to my car. Just a heads up, the manager SUCKS at customer service!!!! read more
