Do not dismiss this little boutique in the middle of nowhere. The ladies there are so helpful and kind. When the manufacturer sent my dress in what was supposed to be champagne ( the dress was offered in 2 colors and the one I tried was too pink underneath) but was actually green (pics of dresses below) they went to bat with the company and were able to swap out materials from one dress to the other to fix it without charging me. They also worked with me on scheduling since I was coming in from the Portland area and could only do weekends. The in house seamstress Sherri was also amazing and did great work at a very reasonable price. She even offered to drop off my dress at my mom's in Eugene since she would be in the area to save me a trip back down. *Note the 7th picture is the exact moment I spotted the dress of my dreams across the store on someone else read more

In searching for my dress, I went to two bridal stores; Exclusively Bridal and another one in Eugene and the difference was very noticeable. Bonnie and her mother were very personable, especially compared to our Eugene visit. They were very patient while I tried on many dresses and made the process fun. We did not feel rushed at all and had a more comfortable visit here. We had kids with us and they even had some building blocks to help keep the kids busy. I found the dress of my dreams and was able to take it home that day, compared to the months-wait at the other store. Sherri, the alterations specialist helped to make it fit perfectly, and was able to complete it in an extremely timely manner! If you'e looking for wedding dresses, a trip to Drain is worth the drive! We drove from Eugene looking for a Bridal dress for my granddaughter. The second one she tried on was just what she wanted. Sold! They were helpful without being pushy. The store doesn't look like much from the outside, but it was clean and homey inside. The prices are reasonable. We found a dress for $800 which I'm sure would have been twice that in Eugene or Portland. Many of the dresses were marked down to 50% off. (unfortunately the one she chose was not marked down). The Building: As we pull up to this old wood building, maybe build in the 1960's and has never been repainted or touched since then, I couldn't understand WTF my friend thinking? The Experience: We stepped inside and immediately we were warmly welcomed. The lady took my bust measurement and sent me off to pick anything I wanted to try! The selection! THE SELECTION WAS HUGE! The outdated store was bursting from the seems with new Casablancas and Maggie Sottero dresses. It was amazing! They had real women sizes too! I found over 30 dresses that would happily fit me and my size 14 booty! I found 3 dresses that I LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! I'll go back in a few months to try them on again and make my final decision!! Ah Drain...I was the "friend" who took Betsy to Exclusively Bridal. I put the word friend in quotes because I'm sure she was wondering the moment we drove up whether or not to kick me out of her wedding! Yes, Exclusively Bridal is in one of the most ghetto buildings, in one of the most ghetto towns in Oregon. However, I received great service when I went there looking for my wedding dress, as did Betsy. There are some hideous dresses that you may have to sift through (one girl who was in the shop my first visit there called a prom dress "puketastic") but some perserverance will pay off! You can find great dresses for reasonable prices. Unfortunately, EB didn't have the dress I had fallen in love with (and had to search far and wide to get) So I had to buy elsewhere where the service was not nearly as good. If you can find your dress here, I'm sure you will be treated well throughout the process. read more

If you're looking to lose a few hours to be passively told that you're fat, then Exclusively Bridal is meant for you. Located in the drain of Oregon, the shop features a seamstress named Dorothy who will bring you to tears. In all seriousness, I would never recommend this shop because my best friend was publicly degraded and brought to tears- in what should be a safe and intimate experience. There were numerous sly remarks that were opposite to playful. She was also told, "You're hips are just too big". Now my friend is thin and fit, but regardless, women of all sizes should be made to feel like royalty while preparing for such a grandiose occasion. I dreamed of going wedding dress shopping and having that bridal experience. I pictured women pleasantly helping me find The Dress. My mom crying. Me crying and feeling beautiful. Instead, right when I walk in, I feel the woman's bad energy. I tell her my budget of around $500 and she scoffed. She then looks me up and down (doesn't ever measure me) and points me in the direction of ugly discontinued dresses that are twice my size. Instead of feeling beautiful and excited, I feel judged, fat, and a waste of time. I was in tears and should have left right away. Instead I put myself through more suffering by letting this woman put me in dresses that didn't flatter me while she continued with snide remarks. She didn't have clips to hold these huge dresses on my body so this negative woman was right next to me the whole time. So we left. I will not go back and would never recommend this shop to anyone. read more

I went to a local annual Bridal Fair in February, and received a coupon for $50 off of a dress if ordered by the end of February. My aunt and I made the 90 minute trek to Drain. First of all, Exclusively Bridal is a Family-operated business, so the help is so-so. The first lady that helped us thought that your bra size was your bust size...apparently that is NOT the case. I didn't know anything about dress fittings or seamstresses...she is (supposedly.) The next lady that helped me is Bonnie (She was the one I met at the fair.) Her attitude is hit & miss. I have dealt with her for the last 11 months, and have experienced both of her moods. It was the first or second dress; when I FOUND THE DRESS! Throughout this year, I have paid the shop $723 for the dress, alterations, and the bustle. I have paid another $100 in undergarments. I have paid $100 in wedding ceremony supplies. In July, I took my mother there to see THE DRESS in person. I made a trip in October, to start alterations, but Bonnie said it was too early, so we only pinned the hemming because I had my Wedding Day Boots with me. I came back four weeks later to start the fitting process. I am a very "Hippy" Bride, so she let out the dress to the max. She decided that would be better all around. My dress has beading in the bodice so it was very hard to get my breasts fitted right. She had pinned the sides and was going to remember that she needed to go in about an inch on both sides. I return 3 weeks later and the chest was too big. She said, "I must have lost weight in my chest and mid-section" because I put on another undergarment thinking it was mine when it hadn't fit before. I believe my previous statement is more accurate. Given the wedding was a week later, she offered to fix the alterations while we went out to lunch a few blocks away. We came back and I tried the dress on once again, and it fit great. We owed about $67 for the final bill, and the older woman (she is a dear) but wasn't paying much attention to the records; it was my mother who whipped out her debit card; before they realized maybe we haven't paid in full. Bonnie, then got this attitude that she wasn't charging us for her work on the dress that day. I thought to myself, "Good, it was your lack of attention on detail 3 weeks ago anyway." THE DAY OF THE WEDDING: My dress was Beautiful and everyone complimented me on how flattering it fit on my plus-size body. I did NOT realize this until I was sitting in a secluded room waiting to be walked down the aisle by my brother, but my dress had little strains of thread coming out from my dress. (I am the only one that noticed.) Just giving everyone a heads-up on product quality. My dress was getting stepped on because the bustle would not stay put. Luckily, my dress is still in one piece. I do NOT think I would go back to Exclusively Bridal to purchase a Bridesmaid or any kind of dress given the chance. read more

Nice Dresses but if you need alterations run in the other direction. My daughters dress was delivered late and just dropped off. The alterations were a nightmare and we had to take it somewhere else to have it fixed- as well as it could be. The seamstress changed the whole back of the dress without consulting the bride. The shoulders were over an inch too big on one side and half an inch on the other. the sleeves had to be removed, recut and put back in. The part added to the front to cover cleavage wasn't even sewn in. At least she charged us $350 for the labor and gave no refund for destroying my daughters dress. All I can say is- think very hard before letting her near your dress with a pair of scissors- No matter how small an alteration!!!! read more

Exclusively Bridal was so amazing. All of the staff was awesome! I had the best dress experience here than anywhere in Eugene. When I ordered my dress, it came with a flaw in the material. Bonny was right on it with plan A, B and C before I even knew. She never made me worried or anything. I never got stressed because I just had a feeling that she was making the manufactured make this right. And they did! My dress arrived 10 days before my wedding. She came to my house to do the fitting and the dress was perfect! I picked it up 2 days before the wedding. I can't say enough about this place. If you want a great experience with quality service and merchandise keeping driving north to Eugene or south to Medford! This establishment should be investigated for poor (if not illegal) business practices. Exclusively Bridal was my first stop on my bridal dress shopping day with my soon to be mother-in-law and sister-in-law. Our excitement was quickly dashed upon entering the front door. We were greeted (if you can call it that) by an older lady. Although we had an appointment, we were told to wait until the owner was available. I noticed right away all the dresses were in large opaque garment bags. How are you supposed to browse? The owner finally showed up...she was just as delightful as Miss Sunshine who greeted us at the door (tip...its her mother). My bust measurements were taken and I was shocked when she said it was 35". I've had a 32" bust for years. Huh...oh well...maybe too many celebratory cheesecakes. We were told to walk around and find dresses to try on. All three of us questioned HOW? All the dresses were in bags. I kept telling the owner what I was looking for and her response was to just look around. We were told to look at the tiny picture on the front of the garment bag. There was no rhyme or reason to the racks. You had to hunt for the right size. The owner just stood there! After much effort and time we found some options. I went into the fitting room with the owner and her mother and asked to undress. No slip was provided which made for an awkward experience while I waited in just my panties (holding my breasts in hand while she rifled through special bras for me to wear (which looked 150 years old). Interestedly enough, she had to go down to a 32" bra. Clue number one of the scam! I tried on numerous dresses all of which were at least 3 sizes too big for me. I was told this was normal and all dresses need alterations. The one dress I really wanted to try on in size 32" she refused to put on me saying it wouldn't fit. After hours of this experience, we found a pretty dress. It was a size 8 (I'm a size 2-4). I was assured the alterations wouldn't be much...no more than $200. Since the dress was $1350 I was very concerned about any more costs. I also pointed out some missing beading and was told it would be fixed. I paid for the dress in full and elected to take the dress home with me. The owners mother was struggling at the cash register to complete my purchase while the owner distracted me with pictures, approval to post online, and to give me a book entitled, "The Praying Wife". In all the confusion I signed a few things and was given a packet of information including my credit card receipt. I wrongly assumed that all the terms of the sale I had just signed were included in the packet. At home upon further looking the dress over, I noticed a significant amount of makeup staining and missing beading. The dress looked worn...sweat stains and all. I called back to the store and spoke to the seamstress who was just as chilly as the rest of the staff. I was very quickly interrupted and told I signed an agreement stating all sales were final. I was never given a copy of this agreement so I had no way of knowing these terms. No offer was made to make any of this right. I asked to speak to the owner and she hung up on me. My husband and I took my $1350 supposedly new dress back to the store that same day and was confronted by the same bullish seamstress. She was a very angry and confrontational telling us the same thing on the phone. She finally did offer to clean the dress in house with a "spray" but the cost of alterations went up a few hundred dollars and she could not confirm that they would be done in time for the wedding FOUR WEEKS OUT! Long story short...we ended up leaving the dress at the store after she told us to leave. Yep...great customer service. She kicked a paying customer out of the store without the product. I called my credit card company and initiated a chargeback. I called the owner to discuss the situation to find a resolution. She informed me that she would be challenging the chargeback. I couldn't believe this action since they already had the dress back in their store. She wanted the dress back and the full $1350 I paid. Isn't that a crime? She stuck to her word and challenged the chargeback. My credit card company refused the chargeback challenge. She had the dress in her possession and failed to provide the terms of sale at the point of sale. It was a fight that took months! Its my opinion that this company is dishonest. They measured me wrong, sold me a huge dress (full price) that looked used, and up-charged the alterations. In the meantime, I went to David's Bridal in Medford. They were great! I got a beautiful dress in a size 4...no alterations needed. I was given a slip to wear and was treated with kindness and respect. Unbelievably, the terms of the sale were right on the receipt. They were extremely helpful and took both my own dress observations and my bridal party's observations into account when helping me choose a dress. They also were wonderful at showing us options we wouldn't think of as well as letting the bridal party choose dresses for me to try on! I love this store and have recommended it to everyone I know. It's been almost 7 years since I got married and since then both of my sisters have gone there and multiple friends. The service was above and beyond. I loved my dress!!! The cake was delicious. The service and rentals and set up was just flawless. It was nice to get so much done all in once place. The sales lady even helped with music suggestions, a little extra she didn't have to do and didn't get paid for. I received so many compliments on my dress and people just loved the cake.
