My cousin and I went here on a whim, I was so hesitant to come because I didn't think they would have a good selection, boy was I wrong, we were greeted by the owner and Maria, not going to lie, Maria is a cute little thing and I felt very self conscious at first thinking she's not going to understand what a plus size woman wants or what best compliments, boy was I WRONG!!! We were shopping for my daughters dress which is a very special occasion not only for the bride but for mom as well. We were greeted by 2 very friendly faces when we walked in for our appointment. Our previous experience at a different bridal shop was a disaster and we were greeted as appointment 1:30. Best experience ever! I made an appointment for Saturday morning at 9:30am. Unsure if due to covid it would get cancelled or not. I got the confirmation text & was set to go! We arrived & were welcomed in. Due to restrictions we were the only guests in the store. Which, I loved! My bridal stylist, Stephanie, was beyond amazing. She was so sweet & helpful. She didn't rush me, didn't push to me to wear or pick anything I hated. She let me and my group enjoy being there & helped in every way possible. Very on top of her job & so professional. I had a wonderful hodgepodge crew with me consisting of my mom, my sassy sister (via iPhone) and a dear friend who is also a seamstress/tailor so he was asking all kinds of detailed questions about the gowns - and our stylist Marie was fantastic and so so helpful and patient with us!! Let me try on 2 dresses back and forth for a while and walk around the store until I was sure which one I wanted to order. They had a great selection of the specific line of dresses I was most interested (Wilderly), and even gave my friend and I a celebratory glass of champagne once I officially picked my dress! What a gem of a place! I was in town with my daughter looking at the college and decided to kill time by looking for a prom dress. We were warmly greeted and shown to a nice changing area. We then were shown a small room containing all of the prom dresses. Immediately I thought we would have no chance to find anything because we had only looked at places with 1,000's of dresses but we actually found several options. The entire staff was helpful and attentive in finding the proper sizing and color and we ultimately chose a beautiful dress. They had to retrieve it from the warehouse so they offered to ship it to us as we were heading out of town that day. The dress was received within the week and fits my daughter like a glove. I called Blush to help plan a special treat for my friend's first dress try-on. Jennifer answered and was very helpful knowing we are not allowed to bring outside food and drink in. Our visit felt easy, not rushed and fun. Stephanie helped my friend/bride with suggestions, was so knowledgeable and patient. We found great dress options - some of which were not what she initially "envisioned" herself in. Which I think is great - especially when you have a consultant that listens to what the bride likes and make suggestions to get them out of their comfort zone in the right way. So I gathered 4 friends and went to Blush to try on wedding dresses. The Boutique is small, cute, welcoming and the staff was so friendly. I was excited to see that there was a local store that sold Allure dresses. We had a big room to try on dresses and they even gave us Champaign. It was a whole experience!! All in all they were excellent, but I do have to take 1/2 a * for a very limited selections for dresses and another 1/2 a * for an even more limited selections of dresses my size. Went here with my sister to shop for her dress. The fitting area was really cute and there were plenty of places for us to sit. My sister reported that the woman helping her in and out of dresses was not as helpful as the woman at David's bridal. The place is fairly small but the collection of what they had was varied. My sister ended up finding a beautiful dress there and her first fitting will be in March. It will need some cleaning and a little bit of repair work since it's been tried on a lot. The staff were helpful and very nice. I had read on Yelp that we might get some champagne, but none was offered and we didn't ask. read more

I absolutely love Blush Bridal! The ladies who work here are so, so sweet and genuinely invested in their brides. I had to find a new dress 6 weeks before my wedding and I came into Blush Bridal and they completely saved the day! I was able to get my dream dress, on sale, and altered with time to spare for my wedding. I can't recommend Blush enough and Lindsey who does alterations is: A. amazing at what she does. My dress was a size 12 and she made it into a size 2/4. B. just a total delight to work with. Every bride deserves this level of quality and customer service. They are extremely fast to reply, provide detailed information, and they now carry Blush by Hayley Paige (amazing line... you need to check it out). OK, I'm a little ashamed to write this review. Not because of anything Blush has done, it is outstanding for a bridal boutique. I have been in there numerous times; once to try on wedding dresses which was fantastic. The customer service was excellent. I tried on numerous dresses, they were all beautiful, but I just couldn't get one dress out of my head that I had seen online (that they didn't have). I went in once again to try and find my very delinquent bridesmaid a dress (I let them all pick out their own dresses) but due to the time constraint we were unable to get her a dress from there. We had to buy off the rack. I went in AGAIN to watch my friend try on wedding dresses and had a great time drinking champagne and ooohing and aahing over how pretty she looked in each dress. Then I went in AGAIN to try and find myself a bridesmaid dress. Through all this not I nor anyone in my party has bought a single thing from Blush. The moral of the story is this: Blush is great, however, I'm an asshole! P.S. The only reason I give it 4 instead of 5 stars is that the selection is a bit small. read more

I was very excited to support a local shop, and I give it one star because the women who work there were very nice. However, that's about the only positive thing I have to say about Blush. Here is my list of grievances: 1. When I originally purchased my dress, I was told "fittings were included." I took this too mean alterations were included, and was shocked to learn once my dress came in that another few hundred dollars would be added to my bill. Perhaps this is my fault for not understanding the "lingo." Or perhaps I was mislead by women who knew I was on a tight budget. 2. After two dress fittings, my dress was destroyed. There were horrible seams and puckers everywhere, and it know longer flattered my body. I should have known the seamstress was incompetent when, at the first fitting, she didn't know how to keep the dress from falling off of me. Instead, the store owner had to step in a show her what was wrong. 3. Once it was decided that I could not wear this gown to my wedding, I was given no compensation. While in tears in my underwear, I was told I could receive 100 dollars off my next purchase at Blush. Like I could afford that? I wasn't even reimbursed for the terrible tailoring job. 4. At my first dress fitting I also purchased a dress to be worn at my rehearsal dinner. Three months later, and with only one week to go before the wedding, the dress had still not come in. I had to scramble and find something new to wear when I could have spent months looking for something perfect. To their credit, the store paid me back for that dress, but still, why not tell me how long it would take to receive the dress when I ordered it? I feel bad writing such a terrible review, and hesitated for months about writing anything at all. But I think I owe it to future brides to tell them what happened to me at Blush. The dresses there are very pretty, just make sure you know exactly what you are getting into when it comes to your budget and the tailoring. The owner is very nice, but she is definitely in it for the money. read more

The first day I went in I worked with a new girl; who unfortunately mis-quoted a dress price leading me to go find it online. After placing my order I returned to Blush to buy another part of my wedding dress, I tried on the dress I order and was talking to the owner Teresa; she informed me of the right price. I tried canceling my other order but couldn't. Teresa offered to take care of the alternations because of their error. Lindsay did a perfect job on my dress and I couldn't have been happier with the final product. Despite the first hiccup I LOVE this shop; all the ladies are sweet and wonderful to work with. I am writing this review because I want to spare anyone from the nightmare I endured at Blush Bridal Boutique. Do not trust you wedding dress/big day to this dishonest business. It was last year (I was married in November at the Four Seasons Seattle) and I had gone to a wonderful boutique in Scottsdale, Arizona and found my dream lace Monique L'huillier. However, when it arrived in July on the Friday before the 4th, the boustier was the wrong size. In a practical split decision, I decided I needed to find a back-up dress in case this mix-up was not indeed fixable. I was visiting my mother in Eugene, Oregon, and we decided to go to a wedding boutique in her sub-division. Although, the wedding boutique was not as nice nor the experience I had in other beautiful wedding boutiques, I settled on a back-up Allure wedding dress. Due to the fact that we bought the sample dress we paid a discounted price of $1400.00 in cash on the day we found the dress. Monday morning we received a call from Monique L'huillier and they let us know they would be able to fix the dress at any and all cost (great business ethic). We had never taken possession of the dress, and there was no order made (it was a sample dress), I asked the Blonde woman who sold me the dress (Owner) if I could return it. I explained what had happened with the Monique dress and that I no longer needed the dress and yet she would not take it back (2 days later and she still had the dress). I told her it was poor business but accepted her answer. I told her I would come pick up the dress and try and sell it on my own. When I arrived to pick it up, she had sold MY dress. I asked her for my $1400.00 back and she told me the check was in the mail. I have harassed her for 11 months for my money and she dodges my calls. I have had to contact and report her to the Better Business Bureau and file a lawsuit in small claims court in Lane County. What a hassle for $1400.00! However, the principle of the matter I hold in high regard. I was lucky and had another dress to wear. Someone else may not have that luxury. If I can keep this woman from doing this to another bride, I will feel this whole nightmare is worth it. Happy wedding dress hunting! This should be a wonderful experience. The experience I had at Blush was fabulous! The shop itself is adorable, clean and provided privacy for our group when trying on dresses. The dresses were of much higher quality than other shops in the area and I loved the styles. All of the ladies in the shop were fantastic, upbeat, and had wonderful personalities. I had the pleasure of working with Sarah who made it so fun and exciting to try on dresses. She so willingly took three dresses (with lots of buttons) off mannequins for me as well, exclaiming how excited she was that I wanted to try them on. My wedding is in Utah and there were some logistic issues on my part getting the tux's down/back in time. So we ended up renting from a place in Utah. I found my dress of the rack when Blush was having a temporary wholesale a couple doors down from their boutique in the summer of 2013. I had no expectations and didn't even know it was a wholesale at the time; I was perplexed looking at the gowns bunched up together on the racks in a large white room with poor fluorescent lights and cheap carpeting. There were three dressing rooms lined up on the back wall with large black curtains. I thought that was the boutique. Still, I decided to peruse around since I had the time and needed a dress anyway. I was disappointed to find all the dresses were sized much larger for me. I tried a couple for fun anyway. The blonde saleslady (I wish I remembered her name!) encouraged me to continue looking and picked one that I thought I might like...it was a simple strapless A line...something I would have immediately skipped just because it was strapless. But when I did try it on and the saleslady clamped the extra fabric closer to my skin, the dress felt like it belonged on me (that saying 'you know the one'...it happened for me with the dress). That feeling was further confirmed when I asked the saleslady to put a strip of beading from another dress that she removed onto mine as a strap. I stood on the raised platform admiring the dress on me in the lone mirror, simply leaning on the sorry wall, while she pinned several inches of tafetta from the bottom of the gown. Even though I had found my dress in the wholesale section, the ladies at Blush continued to provide excellent service. The saleslady, a seamstress herself, at the wholesale section introduced me to the rest of the friendly staff in the small boutique with the hardwood floors, soft lighting, and large, wooden-bordered mirrors when she discovered my confusion. I had tried a few more gowns at the boutique but continued to have the other (inexpensive!) dress in mind. I also found a veil from the wholesale section that complimented my gown beautifully. The saleslady also introduced me Lindsay who did a phenomenal job on my alterations (also inexpensive!). Lindsay listened to my ideas and needs for dress and delivered every single one of them. My experience was unique and I don't know if Blush will ever have a wholesale again, but finding my wedding dress and how it was accomplished has been remarkable. read more

This was my first of 3 stops to try on dresses. I had no expectations, and didn't really think I would get emotional or really invested in the process. Jennifer was amazing! She had a fantastic eye, picked beautiful dresses, and was so wonderful. The manager/owner came by and helped pick dresses, and everything was beautiful. I found THE DRESS! Unfortunately we got some family news later that day that is going to have us push back the wedding date by six months, and I have nowhere to store the most incredible gown I've ever seen in my crap apartment for over a year. I asked if I could come in to have my measurements taken, so I knew what size to order online, and the woman I spoke to said, " Of course." I went in a month later, making a special trip out, completely across town, only to have an employee tell me they don't size a person unless she is actually purchasing from Blush. Would've been nice if all the employees were on the same page about sizing policy. If I'd known Blush wouldn't size me, I could've saved myself the time, energy, and gas and just bought my own measuring tape. Very upsetting and what a waste of time. I do not recommend this boutique to anyone, which is unfortunate because the only other option in Eugene is David's Bridal or to have a dress hand-made by a dressmaker. read more
